- KGKieshawna GreenApr 10, 20261.0Very disappointed with how I was handled by this company. It has been a month since I initially reached out for flooring repair. Someone came out and took my measurements, but never followed up. I called and spoke to someone about having the job completed, and I was told I would receive a call the next day, but I never heard back from anyone. I understand things happen, but I still need to feel valued as a customer. I feel that my time has been wasted and could have had the job completed weeks ago by a company with professionalism that values their customers, business, has good communication, and keeps their word. I would not recommend this company.
- GKGabe KlotzDec 19, 20251.0Top Floors completed the initial installation of our new construction, which delayed our closing by two weeks. That work was then removed and replaced with 6" boards, only to require additional visits that further worsened the condition of the floors. I do not have confidence in Top Floors to continue reworking an installation that should have been completed correctly the first time. Would not recommend this company to anyone. There is much to add to your response. Why would anyone continue working with a contractor who has failed to correct the same issue three times? A reputable business stands behind its work. In this case, the quality of workmanship has failed not once, but on three separate occasions. If this were truly a manufacturer defect—rather than a refusal to take responsibility—why was the same allegedly “defective” material installed three times? This pattern reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability, with excuses offered in place of results. Under these circumstances, it is entirely reasonable for a customer to refuse further services.
