    Highly Recommend Premier Chimney and Roofing! I had Premier Chimney and Roofing out yesterday to service my gas fireplace, which hadn't been touched since it was installed back in 2003. They scheduled the appointment between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, sent a text 15 minutes before arrival, and the technician pulled up a few minutes before 1:00. Perfectly on time! Tech Ryan was outstanding — very professional, explained everything clearly, and finished the entire service in just over an hour. He found two defective parts, walked me through exactly what was wrong with them, and took care of ordering the replacements. I'm now just waiting for the new parts to be installed so my old fireplace will be back in tip-top shape. After 22 years without service, it feels great knowing it's finally getting the attention it needs. Excellent communication, great service, and a true professional.     Our law firm needed to have our fireplace cleaned and chimney inspected. I called Premier Chimney & Roofing and scheduled a time with Niko for Matt Santiago and crew to come to our location in VB. Scheduling was quick and informative; communication while the crew was here was great. We received pictures and reports as they were performing their work. They were clean, courteous, and all around great guys to interact with. Thank you for getting out to Holcomb Law so quickly! We will continue to use their services in the future.
