  Absolutely ridiculous pricing. They tried to charge me $750 for a Honeywell thermostat that sells for around $60 at Lowe’s. I bought it myself, watched a YouTube video, and installed it in my wall with no problem. There’s reasonable markup and labor, and then there’s taking advantage of customers who don’t know better\. A quote like this feels like a complete rip off . Do your research and get a second opinion before paying this company anything. I certainly won’t be using them again\.

  The service was absolutely great! After my AC went out, I decided it was time to replace the entire unit rather than continue putting money into an older system. I spoke with a representative who was wonderful, professional, and very helpful. They explained all of my options and gave me a great price and an excellent deal. What impressed me the most was how quickly everything was handled. They came out the very next day, and the installation was completed in about an 6 hours. The heating and air-conditioning team was fantastic, professional, and did an amazing job. I just want to say thank you for everything you’ve done to make my life a little bit easier. I truly appreciate the fast service, great communication, and excellent work. I’m very happy with my new AC unit and would definitely recommend your company to others!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From beginning to end, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Medell, our consultant, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything clearly, walked us through our options without making us feel pressured, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Beyond being great at his job, Medell is just an awesome human being, and he deserves a huge shout-out for the way he treated us throughout the process. Luke, Gabriel, and the rest of the installation team did an amazing job as well. They were professional, respectful of our home, worked hard, and made sure everything was done right. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to handle such a major project for our home. The communication, service, installation, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We’re extremely happy we chose One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. Thank you Medell, Luke, Gabriel, and the entire team.   Paul (service tech) and Steve (sales rep) were fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable, as well as, respectful in looking out for what the best options were for me. My blower motor on my hvac unit failed unfortunately so that needed to be replaced, but with a unit that is 16+ years old it is time for a new one. There were many other potential issues going to arise down the road if I did not go the replacement route and both gentlemen took the time to explain and show me each and every thing. Highly recommend their services and their high professional standards.

  Moved down from 5 stars! The techs are are always courteous and polite. I paid 15k 5years ago to have my entire system done, started braking soon after. -drain line not installed properly, caused water backup in return duct and ceiling leak. -shortly after, another drain line clog, they blamed me -last year, capacitor....it was an additional un-needed capacitor theu install, to supposedly help energy save. -this week, now the same unit has an all of sudden major freon leak they want 1500 to fix. Comfort club?! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! You pay 400 a year for not a lot, each time these techs came to House, still a service charge. I called to cancel everything and my business is going elsewhere. They have not been willing help at all without your credit card.
