    My most recent experience with this company has been horrible. I am a comfort club member and have been for over 10 years. With this membership comes a precision tuneup for the hot and cold seasons. The company would normally call with a reminder to schedule; not the case for this year. I called and was put on with an AI assistant which was not helpful at all. The soonest available time for a technician to come out was October…. This defeats the purpose of a summer precision tuneup. Today (6/30/26) I was called by a live person (thank god) telling me that they could have a technician come out between the hours of 4 and 7. I explained that I am working a 24 hour shift and had to confirm my fiancé’s availability. The lady said that I could call back to the same # that she called from once I found out. When I did so (a few minutes later), I was again greeted with an AI assistant which confirmed the opening of 4 to 7. I agreed to take that window which was confirmed by the AI assistant. My fiancé who had been patiently waiting during that 3 hour window said that no one showed up and I did not receive a call or text in preparation of their arrival. I called One Hour yet again this time speaking with a live person. She informed me that her coworker stated that I declined the appointment (I did not) and that it had already been filled. All I can say is that I am severely disappointed with how this company is ran. I know I’m not the only customer but I have been a customer of One Hour for the past 10+ years. I will never again work with this company nor will I refer them to anyone.

    You never want to hear that you need a new air conditioner but if you do you should choose One Hour! Ty and Cole installed the units yesterday. They were polite, respectful of my property and answered any question I had. They were the hardest working young men I’ve ever seen. There were a couple of unexpected obstacles, which made it take a little longer than we were expecting but Ty and Cole never showed frustration. They took care of everything and insured that I was pleased with the work that was done That sealed the deal for me. Well done gentlemen. Thank you One Hour.

    What a journey. When our unit stopped working our house got extremely hot. We ended up in a hotel on 3 separate occasions. But today, Josh and Stephen saved the day. They arrived at around 9am, made assessments, did some troubleshooting, made some determinations and was able to give us bad news and good news. The bad news was that our heat pump was totally damaged which prevented our cooling system from working. But the good news was that they were going to pick up a brand new heat pump, come back and install it. Did I mention that it was around 4pm when they told us this? They had already been here 7 hours🫣. They kept their word and came back with a brand new heat pump, installed it, ran a diagnostic, waited for positive results and gave us the great news 2.5 hours later that the system was working perfectly. Regardless of having a long work day, these two gentlemen were professional, kind, friendly, personable, informative, respectful and patient. In my book, these two men were top tier! We thank you so much for restoring our AC and for the excellent customer service you provided.

    Paul provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about my system, which was especially helpful since he had worked on it before. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel rushed. He was efficient, responsive, and clearly experienced in troubleshooting the various issues my older system presented. Not only did he address the immediate concerns, but he also offered helpful suggestions to keep the system running as smoothly as possible. He even took the initiative to call and obtain a quote for a replacement system when needed. I also appreciated that he arrived fully prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment, which made the process seamless. His professionalism, work ethic, and expertise were evident throughout the entire service visit. If you're looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC technician, Paul is the person to call. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I purchase a brand new HVAC system from this Company (One Hour Air) in August 2023, it was installed by their technicians, the system was expensive they said because it was a top of the line system and carriers a 10 year warranty. Since the install of the system it has been nothing but problem, we have had to call them for repair service several times, on June 9 2026 the temperature was in the 90ts and as usual the system went down, My wife call the company for service and even though we are a " COMFORT CLUB" member we were initially given an appointment for 24 hours out ( between 2 and 6 PM) the next day. When my wife call and inform me about the appointment, I had to call them myself and use some harsh words, they did change that appointment and send a technician out within 1 hour. The technician arrived and was very professional you could tell he was very good at his job, he found the problem very quickly, then told my wife the part to repair the system would cost over $200, she showed the technician that the system was installed 3 years ago and it has a 10 year warranty on all parts. The technician then call the office and management there told him that the part he told them that is bad is not under the manufacturer warranty because it was an add on proformance part. (A start enabler,booster or something like that) And that was not a manufacturer part it was part that I gave them permission to install. Well I did not and would not give permission to install any additional part on a brand new system that l am paying $12000 plus to install, I was having problem just paying the $12000. And here is the part that got me really consern. When I call the office and have words with the technicians boss she tells me I gave permission to install that part and I don't want it on the unit to tell the technician to take it off the unit and it will work without it. So that tells me all the manufacturer parts are working fine . Because the tech did what her was told to do and it is 24 later and the house is still nice and cool...Thank you Technician you did a great job. I have doubts and concerns with ONE HOUR AIR
