  We had a maintenance contract with them for the blast year and a half. We were informed that one AC tune up and one furnace tune up per year would be covered with out service contract. They performed first tune up last year. We called them today to schedule AC tune up and they said they cannot schedule one until October. When asked for something sooner, they blatantly said that they will only schedule service calls in the near future, but not the maintenance calls. AT a minimum they should be on top of maintenance contracts, call their customers and schedule AC/Furnace maintenance in a timely manner. This implies that they are only after new business and they care less about existing customers and promises made to them. That is ridiculous abuse of trust on their part towards loyal maintenance contract customers who pay monthly fee in hopes of getting the annual maintenance performed as promised. I canceled my maintenance agreement on the spot. I will also be reporting this to BBB soon. BE WARE IF YOU HAVE A EXISTING CONTRACT OR WANTING TO SIGN ONE WITH THIS COMPANY.

  I love One Hour!!! Whenever I call them about our heating and air conditioning system, they come right out. That can really help when the temp in your house is 88 degrees or 49 degrees. Andrew explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He even showed my husband how it works when it’s not working properly. Always on time, very professional and reliable. Having membership saves money and keeps your system checked twice a year. Call them you won’t regret it!!!

  Very prompt, same day service for a clogged HVAC drain line! Akan was fantastic; 10/10 recommend. She gave us direct and professional advice and was very considerate of our home. Absolutely thrilled with the service and excited to now be part of the One Hour family!

  James Mazac and his assistant, Quentin, did a great job and worked real hard to get the tasks done within a reasonable timeframe. The new HVAC system is fantastic, and I personally feel a positive change in the air quality. My wife who has allergies/eczema conditions slept well the first night and didn't experience issues when she woke up. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you James and Quentin! You're freaking awesome, omg!!!

  Jaden and all of the team were absolutely awesome. Knocked out a complete and second install in two days from day to night he was here working. Sonny who originally came out to inspect the system was very personable, professional, and down to earth. The experience overall was quite literally one of my best retail purchase experiences I have ever encountered. I did not and do not have a single complaint about anything done. From the team calling and asking how it’s running to coming out for city inspection to help make sure things went smoothly. A+ company.
