  I called Mr. Sparky to assess a fuse issue after calling for a free diagnostic. During the diagnostic, he recognized the fuse issue and fixed it (putting in a fuse we purchased ourselves) and said the service would cost $70. While the electrical issue has been resolved, the expectation was the consultation would be free and then a quote would have been given before any paid service would be provided (which we could accept or deny). When questioned he said this price was less than he would have usually charged ($300+) and why would he come out for free, which again is not the main issue - rather it was the lack of clarity that the free diagnostic had ended and the paid service had begun. With this in mind, I do not think it fair to say a free consultation/diagnostic was provided as discussed over the call. I would be wary of any offers of a free consultation from this company.

  Casey was awesome! Polite & very helpful. Arrived at the scheduled time & very communicative. He explained the issue & qouted me the repair prior to working on it. Definitely recommend. 👍🏽

  Casey was absolutely wonderful and beyond patient with my grumpy butt. I’m beyond frustrated with my situation and taking it out on everyone and he just had the best ded side manner and calmed me down and explained to me as best he could what my problem is. I will 100% be calling him and hiring him when I can afford to get the job done. You have a gem in that guy…make sure he knows you appreciate him. 😉 👏🏼 💪🏼
