  John Miller was amazing. Very professional and timely in what he was doing. Our AC had stopped for during the heat wave. 89 degrees in our house. Your company and him were the only ones who responded. He fit me in an emergency slot, when other companies said middle of next week. Can’t thank him enough.

  Nathan and the team at Mechollage was fantastic from the first moment through the last. They are highly communicative and kept me in the loop at all times. Nathan was highly knowledgeable and was training a co-worker during my scheduled installation and service. As an educator, I can confirm that he is a gifted teacher. He took time to clearly explain and ask questions of his trainee, and empowering him to complete tasks independently. They worked efficiently, removing an old system and installing a new one in about 7 hours. I also appreciated that they were able to complete the install immediately. They had access to all the required systems and I did not have to live without a/c during the hottest days of the year. What a blessing.

  Despite the urgency of the situation, the company "Mechollage" was able to arrange a same-day appointment. I received a response to my questions within 10 minutes, which significantly built my trust. The technician, Mr. Gadget, provided exceptional service and communication. His professionalism was truly outstanding, and I believe we need more individuals like him, which is why I am sharing this experience. This company and its technicians are highly professional, offer reasonable pricing, and clearly communicate their approach before commencing work and presenting a bill. They are definitely my preferred company for any HVAC issues.

  My HVAC was not cooling properly and Isom was the on call technician who came to solve the problem. He was exceedingly thorough in his diagnostic assessment, took his time to make sure everything was wired properly, and determined that I had a faulty electronics board on my air handler. He came out the next day to replace that, and also did a very thorough follow up to make certain that everything was working properly and that my stage two cooling was working as well… In anticipation of near triple digits in the next couple of days with company coming into town. I could not have been more pleased with Isom- there have been many technicians in and out of this house, and he is at the top of the list for his diligence, communication, and follow through.

  Absolutely outstanding service. Rodney was the man from start to finish—super personable, professional, and incredibly patient with all of my (probably ridiculous) questions. After I explained what happened and what I thought might be going on, he immediately hopped up into the attic, diagnosed the issue, and took the time to clearly explain both the problem and the repair process. I really appreciated how thoroughly he answered everything. The fact that he came out the same day I called was a lifesaver. With the heat we've been having, there is no way I would have made it through the weekend—especially with my pugs. Thanks to him, everything was fixed quickly and working properly again. I couldn't be happier with the service and would 1,000% call him again for any future HVAC issues. Highly recommend!
