  Needed gutters for a new property that I don't currently live at. It's in a geographic market where I don't know anyone. Internet found Lines easily, their 120+ google reviews are perfect 5.0...I've never seen that before (some products on Am**z**n have five or six gushing 5-star reviews, seemingly written by one person and sounding way too good to be true). I called for an estimate. I got one within a day or 2, a clear colorful schematic of my roof showing both the gutter & downspout installation locations. I got a follow-up call from Samantha asking if I had questions. I had questions, and she and the installer were unexpectedly responsive - as if they were *very* interested in earning my business (uncommon in my experience, both in my home area and my experiences to date in the new property location). The work was scoped and delivered without me ever being present, just text, email and phone calls with Samantha. I visited the house 2-weeks after they did the work...it looks fantastic. Gutter color exactly matches trim on my house, they collect the water and quickly run it to downspouts, and they chose a style that is unobtrusive. I hadn't chosen a color or style, I just asked Sam to try to make it "least offensive". I lean a bit pessimistic... I'm not super easy to please, and am very specific about how I'd like things done...even for this improvement where I know nothing about gutters. All expectations exceeded. The communications alone make me want to use Lines for more than just gutters; the work was really great and they chose finishes that are better than what I knew to ask for. My highest recommendation for Lines if you're thinking about gutters. I wanted an infrastructure job done correctly, and they were just outstanding - far exceeding expectations.

  I did my homework and got 6 estimates before I decided to go with Lines....they had the best price and offered the mesh gutter guards which I wanted ( almost identical to leaf filter ) they booked me within a few days, showed up on time, and were courteous and professional. I love that they weren't pushy with sales gimmicks....leaf filter / leaf guard are an absolute joke....quoted me 3x more! I'm very happy with the work, looks, and lifetime warranty! Would absolutely highly recommend

  A++ fast service, customer service. I found them on Angi app w really good reviews. I contacted them through the app and sent them pics of my damaged gutter. They gave me an estimate with in 2 hrs. Then I agreed on the contract. My gutter was completed with in 24 hrs of signing the contract! Wow. They are very easy to work with

  Colton and David , From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was done right the first time. They gave us an unmatched quote to clean our gutters and replace our vents on side of our home. Their attention to detail really stood out, everything was clean, secured. They also made sure to clean up after themselves, which I appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable gutter company with hardworking and respectful guys, I highly recommend Colton and David. I’d definitely use them again.
