  The men did a excellent job and worked like Trojans doing good quality job. The project manager kept us informed of progress through out the day. No complaints here. Would recommend your company have had several neighbors asking about the roof.

  Finished project to replace a broken window very quick and professional team and the window looks great they came out the day after it broke and had the window in the day after it was delivered to them even offered to board up the broken window while they were waiting to recieve the new custom fit window

  This job was sold to us as a one-day install, and it quickly went off track. During the work, we caught the crew attempting to cover over damaged roof decking instead of fixing it properly. We had to stop the job ourselves and wait for a project manager to come out and address it. That shouldn’t happen on a professional install. Afterward, the crew’s attitude shifted and materials were being handled carelessly—slamming materials around, which led to damage to our interior ceiling. That said, I do want to recognize Seth (project manager). Once he got involved, he took control of the situation, addressed our concerns, and worked to clean up the mess the right way. He’s the reason this didn’t turn into a complete disaster. Overall: * Poor initial workmanship and oversight * Attempted shortcuts on damaged areas * Resulting interior damage * Strong recovery effort by Seth If you go with this company, stay involved and monitor the work closely.

  We had a wonderful experience with Home Genius Exterior from start to finish. Bobby Gardler was our salesman, and he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to explain the products and services clearly and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The gentlemen who installed the vinyl wrap on our house were thorough, skilled, and did a great job. They also cleaned up nicely afterward, which we really appreciated. The team that installed the Leaf Guard gutters was spot on as well. We are very happy with the customer service we received, from Bobby’s first visit all the way through the final communication. Thank you to everyone who worked with us! We would gladly recommend Home Genesis Exterior to others and would definitely work with them again.
