  Morgan Bayse came out and fixed my issue on my unit. He took pictures and explained everything he was doing and why, which I truly appreciated! He even gave me toys for my two dogs!! He has GREAT customer service skills, and is an asset to your company!

  Fusion did a excellent job installing a mini-split in the room over the garage. From the initial walk-thru with Ben to go over what was needed, time and cost, to the install crew of Valente & Austin, everything was great. I priced the job out to several companies, but Fusion had the best price, I felt the most comfortable with the scope of work they were going to provide, the were on time, quick install schedule. Their communication with me was on point, you never felt that you were in the dark. Their install was done with craftsmanship, very clean, per my directions and you can tell that Valente and Austin cared about how they did the install. I'd used them again in a heartbeat.

  Chase and Will installed my new Mitsubishi Mini-Split Unit in my Room over Garage. They did a very professional job and it works like a charm. I also had insulation blown into the attic of my pool house. Pablo and Juan sealed all my recessed lights and boxed in my speakers. They did a great job as well. Overall, I am very pleased with all the work performed. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great job completed at a fair price!

  Mr . Morgan came out and did his thing again. Prompt had all the right tools for the job. Knowledgeable in his craft. Would recommend him to my family definitely. Keep on doing what you’re doing man. Glad we had you this time cause when I say it’s been real. It’s been real in my home. Thanks again boss man the sky’s the limit for you.
