  After 2 companies failing us completely, during this heat wave at 7 months pregnant, Fusion made a miracle happen and got Morgan out here to fix our AC unit quickly. He was super friendly and even showed us what was wrong and fixed it fast. Cannot thank Fusion enough and will 1000% be using them again.

  I originally called my HomeServe warranty company because my AC was not cooling. Unfortunately, the first and second technicians they sent were unable to fix the problem and actually made the system worse. I then called Fusion Home Services, and the experience was completely different. Their technicians, Shawn and Jose, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem right away. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. My AC has been working perfectly since their repair. After a very frustrating experience with the warranty company, Shawn and Jose restored my confidence. I highly recommend Fusion Home Services for anyone looking for reliable and skilled HVAC technicians. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  Great experience! It was a long process but I felt very comfortable and confident with the team and their work! Very happy with the product and this company! We had initially gotten just an estimate with Hunter who was very friendly and professionally and actually went through the details of every product in the estimate which another company did not, they just emailed it to us and left. Which is why we ultimately decided to go for Fusion and very glad we did!

  Fusion Services did an outstanding job replacing our entire HVAC system in mid-April. Ben Waldron, the owner, provided a thorough evaluation and estimate and took the time to discuss suggested improvements to make our system as efficient as possible. Since we have a 3-zone damper system for our unit, Ben suggested modifications to our duct work to make the system as air tight as possible so we were not cooling/heating the attic where the unit is located. Ultimately, much of the 30 year old leaky duct work in the attic was replaced - which other contractors were not eager to do. I appreciated that the estimate was detailed so I could fully understand the scope of the work. Also, it was very helpful that pricing options were provided for additional add on items. A very transparent way of doing business that provides customers with the pricing information needed to make decisions. The pricing was competitive with the other 3 bids obtained - actually on the lower end. The installation team of 3 were great- always showing up on time and keeping us informed of the progress of the 3 day installation project. Of course, it was in the mid-90s during those 3 April days and we appreciated the window air conditioning units installed in our house by the team. The crew were troopers doing their best to tolerate the unbearable heat in the attic. Ben performed a quality control overview at the end of the project to ensure the installation was properly executed - all elements of an excellent and well managed company to ensure quality work. Thus far, both the heat and AC are operating well and hope they will continue to do so for many years. Great company - so do not hesitate to hire them.
