  Everyone was so helpful! The person who answered the phone was upbeat and sympathetic to our lack of hot showers. Hudson, the plumber was very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. He was at the house the very next morning and solved our problems. A real lifesaver! And the price was right too!

  The Fusion team did a wonderful job replacing all our AC ducts. They did not charge us for a quote and to look at what we wanted and where willing to work around my schedule needs. The final product was very well done. When they were working in my kitchen, they covered up my appliances so they would not make a mess and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely keep them as my go to point of contact for any future needs.

  I’m always afraid to give five stars because I don’t want to have to kick myself in the butt if the company disappoints me later on. I think Fusion Home Services deserves five stars. I’ve had three different experiences with this company and they’ve all been great. Each time, their workers considered my costs and did their best to be cost-efficient. They were all professional,, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Today, Hudson came to my home for two plumbing problems. He called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problems quickly, talked to me honestly about the repairs and costs, and patiently answered my questions. He was friendly and gave me tips on how to avoid plumbing problems in the future. I will definitely call Fusion Home Services and request Hudson for future plumbing repairs.

  I called fusion home services to come out and give me a diagnostic because my HVAC system had no power whatsoever. The company 5-Star Mechanical that installed my HVAC system two years ago, kept scheduling times to come out but kept making excuses. After the third day, I finally called Fusion Home Services. The technician Shazad came out within about two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem which was to flush the condensate drain line for me. Fusion Home Services will be my go to HVAC company from now on.

  Called the technician to come out to diagnose the problem at my rental house. The goods: Technician promptly came out, found the problem within 2 seconds of looking at the unit. The bads: On top of the $149 after hours charge, the tech quoted me almost $500 to clear a clogged drain line. Why did it cost so much? Because it was after hours and an emergency. I asked the technician how long it would take him to do the job, he said it could be 10 minutes…unbelievable. What ended up happening is I paid the $149, put my two young toddlers in my car, came over to the rental myself and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. If it was something reasonable like an extra $100 on top of the $149 for a few minutes of extra work, I probably would’ve said go ahead, but, hey, that’s not how you run a business, so now I guess you get a bad review. I probably wouldn’t be writing this review either but I keep getting a text message asking me to leave a review so here it is.
