  Ceiling repair nightmare. Plaster fell through to leave someone’s attic space open to their home for 4days. Internal temp of attic space over 140*F. They show up an hour late and after being there for 30m decide that why work when it’s a Friday at 2p and left with zero effort. Also stating they weren’t properly equipped to handle this job, when they knew the scope of repair ahead of time. I learned of this from a dear friend and hope all whom read this think twice about their commitment to themselves and their time off instead of the work they’ve been contracted to complete. Shame.

  Community Property Restoration was an excellent choice in our time of need. Our home caught on fire and we loss two pets. We were devastated. Thru all of the chaos, our Project Manager - Mike Love was thoughtful, kind and considerate. He assisted us at our temporary location by building a handicap ramp for my sister and saving her dog who fell in the lake. Mike and Team Lewis guided us thru the whole process from start to finish. The suggestions made for sister's handicap room were outstanding. She loves her room being designed for her needs. I can't say enough about how they turned my burnt and destroyed house into a beautiful and comfortable home. My prayers will always be with Community Property Restoration as a company that gives that personal touch. Thank you again and again! The McCrae Family

  I have recently signed a contract with Community Property Restoration‘s to restore my townhouse that was severely damaged by fire. I have been extremely pleased with the caring attitude and the prompt responses that I have received so far from both Bobby Dexter, the owner, and Robert Cade, the company representative. I look forward to working with them over the next several months. I will do a follow up review when the job is complete and I feel confident it will be a good one. This is a follow up to complete my review after the restoration work was completed to my townhome, which was severely damaged by fire. Bobby Dexter, and his crew at Community Property Restorations, did an excellent job restoring my entire townhome and they did it in remarkable time. Mr. Dexter was dependable, always very pleasant to talk to, and demonstrated a desire to ensure that his customer’s needs were met. I highly recommend Mr. Bobby Dexter and his team at Community Property Restorations and am very thankful to them for a job well done.
