  This is an emotional review for me and my family, we recently purchased our first home. Shortly after moving in, our drain system backed up dumping raw sewage throughout our house. We didn't know what to do but we called Community Property Restoration, they showed up within the hour and had our home cleaned up in a few hours, they had to remove flooring, walls and cabinets. I have 2 small kids so we were worried about everything being sanitized. I was confident after seeing the steps they took to clean everything. Unfortunately the insurance we had with our new home only covered a small portion of the damages, not to mention all our drain lines under the slab had to be replaced. Community Property Restoration called and told me they were not going to charge us for the work they performed and said to use it towards the repairs. It's so comforting knowing there are still people/companies out there like this. We are truly thankful for them and would recommend them to anyone!

  I can’t say enough great things about Community Property Restoration! We had a plumbing leak, and they took care of the entire remediation process. They removed the wet wood and drywall. They came back daily to check readings and made sure everything was properly dried.Their employees were friendly and professional at every interaction! They also walked us through the insurance process and provided a detailed quote for the repairs. They were professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. I highly recommend them!

  CPR Came to my rescue in a difficult time. My home was devasrated by water when i was out of town. Community Property Restoration turned my disaster into a blessing. Mike Love was unbelievable in this process, holding my hand through the entire process. I would reccomend them to anyone!

  Community Property Restoration came to my rescue after the huge storm back in March caused damage to my roof, which unfortunately led to a leak in my master bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company, and Mike from Community Property Restoration quickly reached out by phone to get more details. Within the same week, Mike came out to survey the damage and worked with his team to put together a quote. From there, Toby completed the inspection, contacted my insurance company, and took care of the process from that point forward. Of course, the delays with the insurance company were daunting, but Community Property Restoration made their part of the process quick and seamless. Melinda in the office was always timely in sending over the necessary documents so the work could begin. Once everything was approved, the contractors were dispatched, and the repairs were completed in just two days! This is truly a great company to work with—efficient, professional, timely, courteous, and excellent communicators. What impressed me even more was receiving a personal call from the owner, Bobby, just to check in and make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Community Property Restoration to anyone in need of restoration or repair services. From start to finish, they were there when I needed them most. Great job, team!
