- TBTom BJun 24, 20265.0David Sloan was knowledgable and professional. In my Deep Creek home that was not cooling, he found a bad valve and low refrigerant. Two other local HVAC companies were paid for service and lacked the skill to locate or solve the Trane malfunction. The valve has been valve since its install in Feb 2021 and we have been suffering for 5 summers since our happy installer failed to diagnose the issue but serviced it twice a year for 5 years. They measured pressure, ohms, and amps but apparently were not trained to repair units, only to sell units. So glad to meet Climatemakers.
