- DHdennis hartigMay 7, 20265.0By the time we discovered in our kitchen cabinet a tiny leak, the insidious moisture had migrated under the kitchen and dining room floors. Erie Insurance, our carrier, recommended we contact Kenny Ferguson at Aresco of Tidewater to dry out the house and figure out what it would take to get us back to normal. Now we know why they pointed us to Kenny. He understood our shock and anxieties and walked us patiently through all the hurdles we had to jump. No question was too small. No double talk. He was always available to our numerous phone calls and his response was prompt. The bottom floor had to be stripped to the subfloors with all the furniture moved into storage. The cabinets had to be rebuilt. Same for the carpets and flooring. For most of three months, his crew of Maurio, Oscar and Jonathon labored on the demolition and rebuild. They did things the right way, no shortcuts. They cleaned and vacuumed while they worked. And they never left for the day without doing a thorough sweeping. We now have our house back. It is so much better than before, thanks to Aresco.
