  To say we are pleased with Absolute Comfort would be an understatement. Their customer service has been wonderful. They are communicative, accommodating and even provide a photo of the technician so we know who to expect to visit our home. We have needed their services twice this year and both times we had the same technician, Samuel, who is personable, professional and knowledgeable about our system and issues. They have fixed us up quickly both times. What impressed me most is that after our service, we received a hand written thank you card from the company with appreciation for our business. Absolute Comfort is top notch and I would highly recommend their services.

  The mechanic was on time, explained what he was going to do. Plus he showed me pictures afterwards. I knew the price up front and it was the same at the end if the service. The office staff and mechanic were both friendly and professional .

  Seriously it’s 81 degrees on a hot Friday indoors! Sam came in no time, maybe an hour! Fixed a broken part and we were in business! More expensive since he was on call and came about 7:00 pm! Great guy and great company!

  ABSOLUTE WORSE!Didn't (Ethan)fix the issue with my ac. It stopped working less than a month after the repair. He came back and charged another service fee and tried to sell me a AC unit. Since then someone else from another company has come out and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR NOTHING. LESSON LEARNED. And to your response down low Maybe you need to revise your options instead of trying to save face.

  I had service done by these folks a while back and have been meaning to leave a review, so while I’m finally catching up on things, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to share what a great experience we had. They helped us update our HVAC system and were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with from beginning to end. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like they were trying to oversell us or convince us that we needed things we didn’t. They explained what needed to be done, gave us our options, and helped us make the right decisions for our home. That kind of honesty means a lot to me, especially nowadays. The service itself was excellent, but so were the people. Super nice and ready to answer my 20 questions. Everyone had such a positive attitude and was respectful and comfortable to have in our home. Obviously, HVAC service isn’t something you hope to need all the time, but these are the kind of people I honestly wouldn’t mind having show up at my house on a regular basis! Great service, great people, and a company I would absolutely recommend. I’m overdue in saying it, but thank you for taking such good care of us!
