  These guys are awesone. Fixed a rental house oil furnace we own, then next day ours was not working and came out same day. Very knowledgeable men. Would highly recommend.

  Excellent, knowledgeable, professional. I highly recomend this company. I couldn't be happier with their service. John quickly responded to my 85 year old mother's home to fix her AC in near 90 degree weather. Thank you again John.

  John and another young man came out to work on our unit. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were phenomenal! We would definitely recommend Control Maintenance for any HVAC needs, and we will be calling them back for any of our future HVAC needs. I wanted to thank them personally, but they were finished, cleaned up and gone before I could! Thank you John, and Young Man!
