The Drying Company has the most thorough evaluation and explanation of our sinking foundation and provided a few options for repairs to best fit our goals. Good communication throughout the process and the work was completed expediently and professionally. Very happy with our choice.

Based upon the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Drying Company for a new dehumidifier and to address prior encapsulation work that was limited. Two main points ab Drying Company - 1) they deliver an outstanding solution, 2) the team from Sales (Matt), thru the installation, to the operation is excellent. Never missed a beat, reaches out proactively, and sticks with you. I highly recommend Drying Company and wish there were more organizations like this.

Never call back. Left materials in the back yard for months. didn't install dehumidifier properly per their own technician who came out and was floored about the sump lacking an alarm and the dehumidifier being not installed properly. The electrical boxes and wires are left hanging and we were told we paided for an electrician to handle that after the job. Tech finally took the steel beams and other materials out of the yard. when you call you get we will call you back later and they never do. I am trying to sell my house and can't due to their permits failing. I'm at the point of legal action as the original job got delayed for months because they couldn't communicate with each other and got the wrong materials or plain blew us off. Delayed communication, not being notified or updated day-of, and poor planning from any "project manager" led to months of waiting and time taken off work to suddenly not have them show up. Being a veterinarian this affected more than myself. This review is subject to change, however this has been really disappointing.

They were very professional about all the work on a very tricky insulation project for me. They stood behind their work and made sure the finished product was done right to meet my needs. While there was a challenge involved they made sure we were happy with the end results. All aspects from quote to execution were done professionally and with customer care in mind at all times. They were very good to work with!

I have not had my insulation installed yet, I will get back to that later but every phone and in-person transaction I've had with them has been extremely pleasant and professional and based on the other reviews I've seen and the recommendations I've received of them from great contractors in other professions I'm sure that their work and the experience of working with them to get my project done will be excellent.
