  Joey from the Drying Company came over for the first time for annual maintenance to our crawl space dehumidifier. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, personable and professional. He also checked our attic for any signs of moisture (an attic not easily accessed). I would definitely recommend The Drying Company. I was especially pleased with their communication - from making the appointment, to updates on arrival time, to a packet received with company information and services provided. They will definitely be our first call for any home health and comfort concerns.

  Gutters needed to be replaced. Rick came-15 min consult: long enough to troubleshoot the problem and answer all my questions, short enough-to the point! No pushy salesman tactics, which was very much appreciated! Price was on par. Appointments were available the following week. Mike and Anthony came for install-friendly, done right and faster than expected. Recommend!

  Brian did a phenomenal job with the air sealing and adding insulation in my attic. I cannot believe the difference in my home. Brian went above and beyond ensuring anything that wasn't quite right in my attic was fixed. He also addressed concerns I had with the entry doors into my attic and he worked with the sales team to design a solution. I no longer feel heat comping through those doors. He took his time and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. He did not rush the job. He came out on Saturday and Sunday to ensure the job was complete and done thoroughly. I haven't run across anyone like him since I have been in the area. He took care of my home as if he were family. I would 100% recommend the Drying Company. I am looking forward to working with them again. I would also like to give kuddo's to Ben. Ben was the one that listened to my concerns, came out to my home and performed a thorough inspection. He worked with me to come up with a solution and stayed within my budget. He was available after that to answer questions. Anytime I called, he responded promptly. Very caring.

  My experience with The Drying Company was wonderful! I first spoke with Michelle to schedule an estimate. What a friendly representative! Phil came to my home multiple times and was always thorough. He even brought Tyler with him where he went above and beyond to check something else in our home that he noticed. Phil came out a few times and was always patient to answer our questions. I even worked with Joe and Crystal as I had questions about permits. They were extremely helpful. Then it was time for the real work to start…..Charles and Aaron were AMAZING! I would give 10 stars if I could. They were communicative, conscientious, polite, cleaned up after themselves….they really went above and beyond! Thank you all for making this a great experience!

  Had a great experience with the drying company. Alex came in and answered my very long list of questions. Given the health effects we were experiencing from mold in our crawlspace, I needed very clear explanations and options. Alex wasn't pushy at all, but provided the information I needed to be able to make an educated decision, and then he was extremely responsive to questions after the initial consultation. As I was having scheduling issues, he stepped in to make sure things were moving along as necessary. Overall, best experience possible given a stressful situation.
