  THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE INSTALLATION The installation went well Justin B and Abdule showed up on time. Upon arrival Justin and Abdule greeted me, and explained the process of installing the insulation that they would use and the products. They took time to decide how best to access the location which was at the back of the house. They prepped the area with plastic sheeting then began the work. The process was relatively quiet and only roof a couple of hours. After they were done they cleaned up both inside and down the back stairs, I have to confess the stairs were way cleaner than they were before they started. The house looked like they were never there.Justin and Abdule were amazing. They explained again what they had gone and left the paperwork with instructions on how to make payment. The installation was 5/5. I cannot yet comment on the effect that their work will have on the temperature of my room that waits to be decided on the next 90 degree day.

  We had The Drying Company add needed insulation to our attic. From start to finish this company was the perfect example of excellence. Our representative Alex, was wonderful to work with. We found him very knowledgeable, professional, and really a great guy. When he said he'd call us at a particular time, he called. When he came to our home, he was on time. He explained our options very well and answered our questions. Bryan our installation tech was outstanding. He took care in covering our floors and prepared everything so well. Of course being June, it was hot in that attic and it was not the most pleasant work environment. He installed 46 new baffles, installed new insulation, and completed other work that was required. Bryan did an amazing job and he cleaned everything up so well you would never have known he was here. Wow! The follow up was appreciated to make sure we were happy with everything. I can't tell you enough how impressed I was with this company. Everyone including schedulers, sales, install, follow up reps were perfect. I highly recommend The Drying Company!

  Gutters were put up and look great. We had an vent with a vent cap that the gutters needed to go around. We understood this. We were not asked to replace this before gutters were installed. I would like advice on how to do this without impacting gutter integrity, as the space is very tight. See pictures. Can the old one be slipped out and new vent cap slipped in. Please advise.

  Ben, Isaiah, and Nathan were an awesome crew! Despite a major storm halting the project, they worked diligently to finish everything within three and a half days. The installation went smoothly, the full project and warranty details were clearly explained, and the final cleanup was impeccable. I highly recommend this timely, efficient company and crew for any project. I have already booked them to return for a gutter installation in a few months. Thank you!

  TOP NOTCH - HIGHLY RECOMMEND - While we did not end up doing business, it was for all the right reasons. Ben Compton came to inspect our home for mold. We had some areas that were questionable. The appointment was smoothly set up and Ben was on time. He quickly evaluated the areas of concern with equipment he brought and told us that we did not have an issue. That whatever it was happened in the past. Things were very dry now. This honesty and transparency was refreshing. If we do ever need work, we’ll definitely be reaching out to The Drying Company.
