- KMKurtis MullerNov 8, 20241.0Very unprofessional. Took 4 months to get here. The workers that came to our property argued the whole time like little kids. Did not flag the whole property line like they were supposed to. Did not provide the paperwork for the city as they were supposed to. The workers or office could not answer questions about the survey. the workers stated they were laborers not qualified and no one qualified showed up. Do Not waste your time or money on this company. The first bill you recieve will threaten collections with a incomplete job. It is my belief that they are just trying to rip people off.
- MCMargarita ClarkJul 2, 20222.0July 26th will be 12 months since we visited this company to get a land survey updated . We tried to cancel contract but was given false hope. This company is no responsive and don't communicate well. Do not use this company

- IHIyanna HowardJun 11, 20201.0Spent years working in real estate. Paid almost $800 for survey to find out that this company does not include a boundary plat. Wanted me to pay $100-150 extra after work was completed to get a basic boundary plat that should have been included in the service regardless. Never had a survey company NOT automatically include such in survey service as providing such is part of the business based on my professional experience. Do not use this company; buyer beware.
