  I contacted Vernon based on the advertisement I received for a $69 AC tune-up. The technician Tyler was prompt , professional and very informative. He was able to diagnose a simple fix for my AC problem and made my home more comfortable. I will certainly contact Vernon again for any HVAC needs and will request Tyler. Great service .

  =============================== (260717) Hello to All who may be sufferring in this Heat! I am So Very Happy with the Excellent Service that I receive from Matt and the Team Members at Vernon Heating and Cooling. For many years before last September 2025, when I had to replace my two whole house Heating and Cooling Systems, I prayed every year when it was time to turn on the AC. In the past, Most Often on the Hottest day of the year, I would have to suffer and wait over two weeks in over 90 degree in the house tempuratures to get my House Warrenty Service to come and fix my Systems. They would come and patch my systems with parts from other brands or models. They would charge for more Freon after shutting down my AC Systems to drain the ice that formed from my broken system that further kept my home Hot. So last September 2025, I called Vernon Heating and Cooling. I was miserably hot sufferring with impending 90+ degree Heat that would not come down when I met Matt. He said, let me help you and you will never worry again. He was correct. I trusted Matt to replace my old mis-matched sytems and I signed up for their maintenace for the systems. I also stopped paying for the House Warrenty Services that really did not save me money or provide the correct parts for my appliances. Matt convinced me to Trust and deal directly with Vernon Heating and Cooling. They replaced my systems quickly and cleanly in the next day! After that day, I receive a TexT to conveniently schedule each 6 mo. Maintenance going forward. This type of Service takes excellent care of my new Heating and Cooling units and Matt says it will give me the Most Life and use for my new systems. In my original whole House new systems installation, Matt had Vernon workers install a house comfort Humidifyer in my main living level. When the winter heat kicked on, that new system kept my hair, skin and scalp from drying out preventing that miserable winter dryness that comes with most heat pump systems. There has been a remarkable difference in my comfort tempurature and humidity comfort since my new systems were installed. I must mention that every maintenance representatve that they have sent out goes far beyond my expectations. Today, Tyler came out and asked me the dreaded question... "when was the last time that I had the venalation system cleaned and vacumed out professionally?" Uh... Really, I have to Do that? Tyler asked if I wanted referrals. I said Yes and within 10 minutes my main account representative Matt at Vernon Heating and Cooling gently Texted me for support. It is really great knowing they are protecting my systems and comfort in a timely polite manner. I am scheduling with Matts referred service person because I fully TRUST him and this Company. Thank You Vernon Heating and Cooling. I am so very Comfortable, Happy and I feel Safe. Sent with Respect and Appreciation... from Connie B. ===============================

  We've worked with a half dozen commercial HVAC companies over the last year for our salon and Vernon towers above the rest. They fit us in quickly even amidst the heat wave this summer, diagnosed and fixed our leak in the ceiling in less than an hour (Same visit!) and were reasonable on pricing. We've been price gouged, scammed and strung along by so many other commercial HVAC companies but we've already been recommending Vernon to other small business owners we know.

  I highly recommend Vernon The Heating & Cooling Specialist for your HVAC needs without reservation. We recently hired them to complete an HVAC installation for our office condo after another contractor left the job half-finished. The previous contractor had only installed the outside unit on the roof, leaving us in a tough spot. Chris Uncle stepped in to handle the project and was absolutely phenomenal. He came to the job site for an estimate the very same day I called, provided a clear estimate by the next business day, and arranged for the installation just a few days later. The entire project moved incredibly quickly, and Chris was exceptionally communicative throughout the process. Chris’s team thoroughly inspected the work done by the first contractor, installed the indoor unit in our utility room, and finished connecting the indoor and outdoor systems. They made sure everything was configured and connected properly, and they even went the extra mile to secure the manufacturer warranty for the entire system. Vernon The Heating & Cooling Specialist is responsive, efficient, and highly professional. They turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience.
