  George Pagoulatos from Michael & Son provided an excellent experience from start to finish. He communicated clearly, explained the full scope of work for installing my 50‑gallon water heater and 15‑gallon cold‑water mixing valve, and answered every question I had. George and Sam completed the installation of the heater, mixing valve, expansion tank, and all necessary piping with care and professionalism. After the work was done, George walked me through the controls and the recommended settings so I understood exactly how everything operated. Overall, a smooth and well‑executed job.

  I had an excellent experience with Roberto and Sam from Michael and Sons, replacing my hot water heater. Roberto was outstanding from start to finish extremely diligent, detail-oriented, and highly professional throughout the entire installation. He took the time to ensure everything was done correctly, kept the work area clean, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise.   We found a leak from our kitchen ceiling on Sunday. Called Michael and Son, they sent a plumber over a few hours later. We really appreciated the service provided in a such timely manner, because it’s definitely an emergency situation. Adam came over & very quickly he found the cause of the leak, several hours later, the issue was resolved. Adam was professional, competent, polite. He took time to explain the situation, he was thorough, paid attention to detail. This is the first time we used this company’s service We’re very much pleased & impressed by the quality of their plumber-Adam.

  Mr. David Gale installed a whole house surge protector in my home. David was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time and even called ahead to verify his time of arrival. He explained what the installation entailed and answered all of my questions. David protected the work area before proceeding with the installation and completed the installation within the estimated timeframe. I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Mr. Gale and wouldn’t hesitate to use him for future service requests or recommend him to neighbors and friends.

  A month after having my well pump replaced I was still having terrible smelling and heavy iron in my water. After consulting YouTube university I deducted that my water softener/filter wasn’t working properly. It was more difficult than expected to find someone that would work on the system. I got to Michael and Sons and I got a decent priced home visit the next day even. Within a couple of hours the salt block had been removed, the system recharged and I had clear water!!! Joshua was right on time the day of the appointment. Called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was respectful of my home and explained each step. I’m now one relieved homeowner.
