It was his goal then and our goal now to provide all of our clients with services marked by quality, dependability and value. Everett strove to give every client his personal attention because he valued your business. - HGHeidi Gerken2 days ago5.0Jackie is AMAZING! When he couldn't unclog the sewer line, he told me to call another company and didn't charge me. He then came back to replace several leaking valves and install a toilet. He did the work quickly and cleaned up beautifully. So much better than the other company, so left me with s food in my basement. Jackie is very professional, knowledge, and just plain great! He deserves a raise!
- KKKK5 days ago1.0The HVAC system is under a parts and labor warranty with Bowmans. However, they have failed to properly service the system or obtain the necessary parts to complete repairs for over four months. As a result, we have been left without both air conditioning and heat. Despite the urgency of this issue, there has been no clear timeline for repair, no meaningful communication, and no resolution. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to act demonstrate a concerning disregard for the situation. In response to Bowmans: I have contacted Bowmans every 2 weeks since beginning this process in January 2026. Spoke with Jennifer, the office manager, to no resolution and when asked for a higher contact to discuss matter, she refused to provide me with one. So I ask, next steps regarding this warrantied repair??

Their Technicians are skilled professionals, very nice people, and helpful. On our recent Spring maintenance checkup, we purchased our annual maintenance contract for 2 systems which was a great price.

Jackie came out on a Friday to assess the situation and discuss a suitable replacement model. By close of business Friday, Jackie had an estimate to me, as promised, and the price was exactly what Jackie stated it would be. I contracted BOWMANS’s plumbing and Jackie for the following Monday to perform the replacement and overall I am exceptionally pleased with the work done. I appreciate BOWMANS plumbing and Jackie Is it exceptional and very knowledgeable representative for the company. He also does outstanding work.I know. Based upon the outcome of this water heater replacement, I strongly feelI can trust the service BOWMANS’s plumbing has performed. I will not hesitate to get in touch with Jackie and the BOWMANS’s team when I am next in need of plumbing service services.
