  Our technician was so prompt and friendly, and took care of our issue so quickly. We were so thankful to have our AC back up and running so fast. We’ll definitely be calling Valley Air again for any of our HVAC needs!

  Tommy D. was wonderful, quick, and informative. I was hosting a bday party on a Saturday with lots of 13yos and right as everyone arrived, the AC went out. Luckily Valley has 24/7 service and had my unit back up and running within 2hours. I was so impressed that I'm going to sign up for their maintenance program since my HVAC guy is no longer in business.

  The first thing I want to make sure I say is that I have used Valley Air for years and respect them but the past few times they have sent out a technician named Richard to my home not sure his last name but he drives work van number 25 and I am not pleased with him at all because he seems to like to talk down on his co-workers and the company he claims he is the best they have which I have had other technicians in my home that were excellent and answered all my questions and concerns. I have never been done wrong by Valley Air in the past but this past time the tech told me that the same piece needed to be replaced that was replaced only a couple months back. He did tell me that he could come and do it on his time so it wouldn’t cost as much for me and to me that is being dishonest. I am not sure if he is just trying to make a name for himself or what. I will continue using Valley Air because I trust them but he will not be allowed to into my home again. Thanks Casey

  Fantastic service! We had two techs come out Monday to replace our washer valves. Two more techs just left (Dillion and William) after servicing our AC unit. Top notch customer service and only provided the necessary services. Not expensive either. They even looked at suggestions given to us 3 years ago by another company and shared what was truly needed. I also enjoy that both times they called to say they were available sooner which makes my start sooner. Will continue to use in the future. You won’t be disappointed by this local, family owned business.

  I was very pleased with the professional, courteous and prompt work that was done by Valley Air. My air conditioning system needed a total overhaul, and installers Josh and Tyler worked tirelessly in punishing heat to get the job done. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked, and kept me informed of their progress. And I liked that there were 5 different systems to choose, with different pricing options. My house is once again cool and comfortable. Thank you Valley Air!
