I called them and they were very responsive and came out in a very fast and timely manner and took care of what need to be done. They also advised me of other work that need to be done to prevent future problems

I am very pleased with Taylore Roofing! They did a great job with tarping and keeping my things safe around my house while doing the job. They also cleaned up thoroughly. Matt was very informative and checked in throughout the job while his crew was working, Afterwards Matt came and inspected everything inside and out. I highly recommend Taylore Roofing!

Matt and his team with Taylore Roofing were responsive, detailed, on time and did excellent work with our gutters. We wanted to modernize the home with black gutters and got a great quote and even better result! The team was communicative and helpful during the installation. They even helped me cut down some old wires that had been left on the side of the house. Hopefully these gutters will last me a while but if I need any other roofing work done, I will absolutely use them again!

Fixed a 4x2' area on my roof that lost some shingles; Matthew and his crew did a wonderful job patching it up and even fixed another issue while they were up there.
Highly recommend!
Several indicators suggest your roof may need replacement, including shingles that are curling, cracking, or completely missing, excessive loss of protective granules, interior water leaks, areas where the roof sags, or if your roof is more than 20 years old.
How long does a new roof installation take?
Typical residential roof replacement projects are finished in 1-2 days, though unfavorable weather can cause delays and extend the completion time.
How often should I inspect my roof?
Your roof should be inspected at least twice each year, ideally in spring and fall, and after any major storms or severe weather in your area.
How much does a new roof cost?
The cost of replacing a roof varies widely based on multiple factors including your roof's size, pitch, and the materials you choose, so we offer free professional estimates customized to your specific property.
Can I install a new roof over an old one?
While it's possible to install roofing over existing materials, we don't recommend this approach because it doesn't allow for proper inspection of the roof deck, adds extra weight to your home's structure, and reduces the lifespan of your new roof.
What are the best roofing materials?
Common roofing material options include asphalt shingles, which offer the best value and are most commonly installed, metal roofing that provides exceptional durability and lifespan, and tile or slate materials. The right choice for your home depends on your financial considerations and the weather patterns in Stafford, VA.
Will insurance cover my roof replacement?
Most homeowner's insurance plans will cover roof repair or replacement when the damage occurs from a covered event like hail damage or high winds, but won't cover deterioration that happens naturally over time.
Why do I have water spots on my ceiling?
Water stains on your ceiling indicate a roof leak, commonly caused by failed flashing, broken shingles, or ice dams. It's important to note that water can travel along the structural supports in your roof, so the actual leak may be located some distance from where you see the stain.
Why is ventilation important?
Proper roof ventilation allows hot air and moisture to escape from your attic, which helps prevent premature aging of your roofing materials, stops mold growth, and reduces ice dam formation during winter months.
How do I choose a reputable roofing contractor?
Choose a roofing contractor who can provide verified local references, maintains proper licensing and insurance, and has strong customer reviews. Your contractor should also offer a workmanship warranty for the installation.
