We just purchased a home in the area and wanted to recarpet the house before move in. Kevin was helpful, but also gave me the space to peruse samples in his store and ask questions as needed. He came to the house as scheduled to take measurements, and drafted an estimate quickly. Within a week of selecting materials and making a deposit, the old carpet was out, the spaces prepped, and the new padding and carpet were installed. Aldo the installer was meticulous, hard-working, and clearly a master carpet installer. The end result is beautiful and literally seamless in appearance! I wanted to lay on the new carpet and make carpet angels (if that was a thing)!!!

Purchased a floor with a warranty. Reached out to them several times and they wouldn’t even talk to me. Very poor services after the recommended a product.

Floor Center came heavily recommended and we could not be more pleased with our decision. Kevin was great to work with throughout the entire process- provided extremely competive price and quality product. Installers were very professional. We are sure to be return customers.

The Floor Center is Stafford's hidden gem when it comes to flooring. Kevin and his staff are complete professionals. Never once did my wife and I feel pressured to purchase something we didn't want/afford. Kevin came to the house and gave an estimate for the cost. His quote was the same as the final price. Typically, most places give you an estimate and the final price isn't close to the original quote. The quality of their work and their products is above board. If you are looking for new floors, my wife and I highly recommend the Floor Center.
