  Provided Clear instructions via email on countertops including the sink cutout. There was confusion surrounding what to do with the sink cut out but I meticulously spent many emails and drawings, coming in person, to clarify the sink is a 30" sink and needs to be 6" from the interior edge and 36" in from the right. Internally, it is clear that they have communication issues and that email is something of a mystery to them. Let alone using a phone. If you were confused or unsure on how to perform the cuts. A simple phone call would have sufficed. But I sent the same measurements 3x times and they still made the incorrect cut. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and impatient. Screaming over the phone even. I recorded this and will be uploading it to my youtube channel. I will be coming back to edit this review. I highly recommend skipping the headache in the future and go with someone who knows how to use a ruler, R-Home Furniture store. They have much better draftsmanship and communication that is clear, concise, and to the point. Unlike, R-Home, Colonial Hardwood leaves a lot to be desired and wouldn't recommend this to anyone in the area that is looking for fine craftsmanship. I have plenty more emails I can upload.

  Colonial Hardwoods is perfect for the individual who wants real wood for their projects! I can’t say enough good things about this business. I struggled for a few weeks to find a supplier of natural hardwood that sold direct to individuals, rather than just contractors. The big retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's sell veneers, but I wanted 100% hardwood to use as a desktop. I gave Colonial Hardwoods my specs, and they did the rest. The pictures speak for themselves. It’s a shame that Google’s algorithms bury this company under the big retailers. This company is perfect for individuals who know what they want and don’t want to be limited to the generic options offered by the big suppliers.

  Colonial Hardwoods is a local gem. I’m a DIY-er and it can be a little intimidating going to a wholesaler as they often don’t have a lot of time for someone buying a small order. That’s not the case here. These guys don’t discriminate. Show up with your truck/van and tell them what you want. If you’re not sure, they’ll walk you through some options. Don’t expect a retail-like format tho. This is a wholesale-like environment designed for pros and serious hobbyists. These guys are sheet good experts and have a deep selection of furniture grade plywood including Baltic Birch (13-ply), and hard wood veneer sheets as well. If they don’t have it, they’ll order it. Takes me 20-30 minutes to get there, but worth the drive.
