I chose Carpet land for the service, the staff here are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had a major install and Covid unfortunately threw off our install timing but we had a mover coming based upon the original date. After speaking with carpet land, the manager personally came and made sure we were on time. Honestly can’t ask for much more than that because let’s be honest carpet is sold everywhere now adays, what you really need are good honest people that stand behind what they say and promise. I have since had more carpet purchased from them and continue to be happy with Carpet land.
- JBJose BoneOct 5, 20231.0Very unprofessional. Installers were smoking. They tossed the old carpet 4 floors off of the balcony. One installed took off his clothes and was walking around in his boxer underwear with no shirt on. The owner or individual the installers spoke to on the phone told them "Do not to leave until final payment was made because they may be crooks". They also left the hallway full of carpet strands. The entire interaction with these folks was trashy and unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER EVER UHIRE THE AGAIN.
