  I had a poor experience with Brownlee. The plumber who came out to my condo missed the window for arrival both times he had to come out for service (a few days apart from each other). Neither he, nor the company reached out to communicate that— I had to reach out. I also think that Brownlee did not communicate accurate prices to me. I do not recommend Brownlee.

  Great experience with Brownlee! Had a leak from our shower leaking through the floor. They came same day, were prompt, and diagnosed/fixed everything within an hour of arriving. Price was reasonable. Will definitely be using them next time we need to.

  They responded very quickly. I was told within the hour when I called and they were there in 20 minutes. They also listened to what I was saying and took that into account when starting their work so that didn’t have to do any unnecessary things. They were very friendly and explained everything to me and what may need to be long term. Overall a great experience and will be going back if I ever need a plumber.

  Had Brownlee Plumbing LLC come out for a toilet repair and it still isn’t fixed. My toilet is still having the same problem after they left. Tried reaching out and didn’t get much help, so I had to pay someone else to fix it. Pretty frustrating experience. Wouldn’t use them again.

  I hired Brownlee Plumbing LLC to fix a plumbing issue at my place and it didn’t go well. They came out, worked on it, and for a minute I thought it was fixed—but my pipes are still broke and leaking after they left. I had to reach back out a few times and didn’t get much help. Ended up calling another plumber to fix what should’ve been handled the first time, which cost me extra. Just frustrating overall. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
