  Charged $750 to pump my home's septic tanks and was supposed to come back to complete work. Ghosted us three times and simply would no show and make up excuses. Wasted $750 and had to call Assure to come out and fix the problem. Assure came out immediately and fixed the problem. Never calling cooks and recommending others to avoid as well. Assure charges less for tank pumping as well for everyone's situational awareness.

  First timer having to have this done, had no idea what to expect. My first call was to Cooks since they’re local, Patty answered and she was a sweetheart, very friendly, answered my questions and gave me the quote, I didn’t feel the need to call elsewhere, I felt like I was in good hands from the start. Jim just wrapped up the service and he was great. He too was super friendly, answered my questions as well as lightheartedly dealing with my punny “potty” humor, he had a few zingers himself! We had everything ready for them, he arrived on schedule and the service in total from start to finish was about 30 mins. I do not write reviews unless I feel it’s absolutely necessary. I run several businesses with over 200 employees, I know how quickly people jump on writing bad reviews but rarely take the time to recognize the good. I can tell you they are true professionals, I was impressed with how easy and smooth all of this went. Will recommend to everyone and although it will be a while until I’ll need them again, they will be my go to from here on. Well done and Thank you Cooks!
