  I got home and instantly realized the air was messed up. I called Rogers and someone came out that same evening to check everything out. Once they determined that replacing the unit was the best option, another team member came by that same day to go over pricing and get everything set up. We honestly expected it to take at least a few days or even a week, but they came out the very next day and had everything completely installed! We finally have air again, and with how miserable the last few days were, we are so thankful for their quick response and professionalism. Highly recommend Rogers Heating & Cooling!

  Thank you Rogers Heating and Air! We had a breaker that kept tripping, and it honestly had me worried something serious was wrong. Brandon came out, checked everything thoroughly, made sure everything was safe, and got the problem fixed quickly. He was super friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with. It was such a relief knowing everything was safe and working properly again. Great service all around!

  There turned out to be not much of an issue at all, however it may have led to some fiscal issues later. Although it wasn't a dramatic issue and I am still disappointed that what could've been a $5-10 fix cost me $85 dollars, flat rate, the Technician and a Journeyman were professional, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. For my experience it's a "you don't know what you don't know" event however it gives me a little peace of mind that Roger's Heating, Cooling and Electric will have experienced and professional Techs in a reasonable time. Thanks a lot!

  We had five mini splits installed in a very old home and they did an excellent job navigating! We were pleased at every level with this company!! After getting about six other quotes Rogers showed up and we knew this is the company!! The level of detail and the warranty coverage on multiple levels was the deciding factor. This was a very smooth and timely event, from the quote to installation we were impressed!! Top quality everything!! Love our new mini splits!! Our home is transformed!!

  Our heating and cooling system went out recently and we notified Rogers H & C immediately. Logan Stanley came out the same day and determined the blower was bad. The part was ordered under warranty and arrived within 2 days. Monday morning Jayke Owen was here first thing, replaced the blower, tested, and had the system operational within an hour. Both Logan and Jayke were very professional, courteous and dedicated to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed and the operation of the system. Thanks to all at Rogers who took part in the process from start to finish. We will continue to use Rogers for all our heating and cooling needs! Thanks to the entire team!
