  Prompt, world class professional same day as initial service call delivery! Service Technician “Trey” listened to my problem description, diagnosed the issue showing and explaining to me what was being tested. Root cause identified!! Will return next week with needed parts to complete the repair.

  I called Joey on a Thursday just before this July 4th weekend. Needless to say they were strapped with this heat wave and didn't have resources. I was in a significant bind with my family situation and their medical needs and Joey came through. He called a wonderful young man who was off at home and sent him to us. His name was Caleb. He worked for hours to correct the situation and restore water to the home. He threw himself right into the mud and muck and worked until it was done. Such a tremendous and positive attitude for a young man. We need more young men like him in today’s society. It was, frankly, refreshing. He needed a fitting and he called for reinforcement and another experienced plumber, David, dropped what he was doing and came out immediately to help resolve the issue. I cannot express my gratitude for their professionalism, competence, and caring. This is not something one finds very easily anymore. I cannot recommend them or their company enough. They were in a word exemplary. If I ever need equipment replaced, they will get my business. Thank you Joey, Caleb, and David, you represent the kind of values that make a company truly great!

  I called Rogers Heating & Cooling to come out and fix my unit that quit working. It has some age on it. They came out the next working day and got it to come on again. It had a bad noise in the compressor and a leak in the system too. I decided to replace it and Rogers Heating & Cooling quoted and finace me a new Goodman system. They came out 3 working days later and took out the old system and installed the new one. Very professionaly done. Cleaned up really good inside and out. We are very pleased with the service and quality that was done. Really like our Goodman system too!

  We've used them to maintain service for the last couple years. They came in and identified multiple problems with our 52 year-old HVAC system. They gave us a good quote on a new one. came in on the day agreed. Did all the work very well and set us up with a good payment plan Not 18 hours after they left all the humidity in our house and heat was gone seeing that it's summer That's what we wanted. very are very happy with their work and will be using them to maintain our new system on bi-yearly plan. Goodbye to the old green basement monster.

  My experience with Rogers has been amazing !They were professional timely polite so very helpful and assured me of them being there if I should need them.The kindness I felt comfortable and memorable definitely put them in line like family!The HVAC recommended seems perfect, It was installed so neatly and fast.I can’t thank them enough, I will forever pass their name on..Thank You so much ROGERS!
