He determined and corrected the problem expeditiously, and interacted with us in a very pleasant manner, explaining in common parlance to translate the shop-talk physics utilized by many other professionals, which can serve to bewilder customers! He even joined us in my teasing banter, rendering him an enjoyable part of our conversation! The ONLY HVAC Co I will ever call for service and maintenance!

Although Rogers isn't a small outfit they were very quick to answer my questions get me a quote, and get my install done and I couldn't be happier with the guys that did it.

Showed up within 45 mins...gave me several options and discussed everything in great detail.. Very organized...Had the pleasure of Joseph and Charles as my technicians.. Super guys n very friendly ...answered all questions I had .. Rogers Heating & Cooling will be my "go to" company for future service ..Keep up the good work!!

- LSLynda SJul 24, 20262.0called and they came out on July 4th in a heatwave. I was told that the motor/capacitor needed to be replaced and they could get and be done by probably Thursday assuming parts came in. I called every day the following week for an update on the parts. I received a text Wednesday around noon saying the part had arrived. Later the same day, another text to say the part had not arrived. I finally received a call on Thursday that they could install the following Monday. The Danville area is still in a heat wave. The parts were installed and a/c unit came on but now you have a leak and need a leak assessment. I will be getting another company to review their additional repair. Also, on the 4th they told me that they could get me a loaner motor installed the following Monday for.....$1200 (price gouging). I declined. Please think twice about this company.
