  I Called Wisler for ac repair in Salem area . I had an appointment on Thursday and “Oliver” was early because of a cancelled appointment which I don’t mind at all . Oliver was kind, polite, courteous And knowledgeable . He figured out the problem in minutes . My capacitor had gone bad and he did check all the other components as well . My ac is running well thanks to him . Price was reasonable. Certainly recommend them for ac repairs .

  Today I had some service work done by Chaz to replace a saddle valve with a T valve and I was blown away by the professionalism and speed of the upgrade. I didn't want to go cutting my own copper pipes and risking leaks or water damage. I got a pretty quick turn around by getting a plumber out and the work got done same day in around an hour. Chaz kept me updated as things went on, was extremely transparent about pricing, and re-ran a fridge line through existing cut-outs by drilling them out a little bigger. What I liked the most was just the friendliness or Chaz, it always helps working with someone that you feel comfortable with and have a good time with. I'll say it, you pay a price for professionalism, but I'd imagine it's a fix I won't need to pay for again.

  I have been using Wisler for years. I know they are not the cheapest in town, but they are worth it. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Today, Blake was no different. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and nice to my dog (which is a big deal). He keeped me informed, he showed me some options. But per usual Wisler will never push you into something or a specific option. Their inside people are always kind and very helpful, shout out to Annette and Krista! I will continue to use Wisler and suggest you do the same, for if nothing else just for the piece of mind.

  We called Wisler Plumbing to service our kitchen sink. Mr. Caleb Smith arrived the next day as promised on time. It did not take very long time for Caleb to find out what the problem was. Caleb explained to us what needs to be done and after working for a few more minutes our sink problem was fixed. We have used Wisler Plumbing before because of their professionalism, promptness, attention to details, and highly skilled technicians. Mr. Caleb Smith confirmed our opinion again.

  Marlin, from Wisler Plumbing, did an amazing job. He diagnosed our problem very quickly. I had questions on how to remedy the situation, and he was very kind and explained some options. Before leaving, he asked if I had any other questions about anything plumbing related in our house! (And I did have a couple of questions!) Marlin took a look at a sink train and a shower drain and explained how things should work and that things looked good. He had some recommendations on a drain that continually gets clogged. Thank you Marlin and Wisler Plumbing!
