  I had Landon Marshall come out to look at the foundation work I had installed by JES 2 years ago. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in the process. He went a step further and looked over my crawlspace and gave me great feedback on steps to keep the humidity at good levels.

  The best. I have had JES here for work three times. My porch was sinking and they raised it perfectly and that was three years ago then I had the back patio corner raised and I was so pleased. Everyone was professional and took great care of my property. I will always call them.

  Want to thank the JES company for completing my encapsulation of my crawl space. Specifically Zachary Conner, Christopher Solitis and Jonathan Jackson. All three came to work, and in three days the project was completed. Very professional, very respectful. Thanks fellows, you made an old man very happy, and pleased to have selected JES to upgrade my crawlspace. Thank you all.

  Had this company waterproof my basement several years ago. Since then I’ve had issues when we would get heavy rains that would cause the water to backup in my home. Called for maintenance and assured it was working until this past June when a technician told me that my French drain wasn’t connected at all. Over the next few months other techs came out and said the exact same thing and most recently the technician was told them may have to redo the job that includes removing part of my basement stairs. After their supervisor came they “figured out” that it only needed a few screw holes to connect. Little did they know they were on my in home surveillance discussing how bad the original team did and that the water was most likely going under my home causing foundation issues. I’ve tried to get a manager on the phone and email without ever hearing from the management team. I may have to see what other options I have to get this resolved. DO NOT USE JES FOR ANY SERVICES.

  Your company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic competence throughout this entire process. After repeatedly missing appointments, failing to communicate, and leaving major structural concerns unresolved, I had no choice but to bring in another foundation company for a second opinion. Their inspection confirmed structural instability issues that you ignored and failed to properly address.You promised a pump that was never delivered. I spent weeks trying to get answers, and every attempt was met with excuses, delays, or silence. Because of your failure to provide what was promised, my basement is now taking in more water than before you ever touched it. Your work has made the situation worse, not better.You also damaged my home’s water line. Even after sending someone to repair it, you left the well cover off and left cones scattered around my property like an afterthought. That level of carelessness is unacceptable for any company claiming to specialize in foundation repair.For months, I’ve tried to get you to fix the problems you created, but all you’ve done is play a cat‑and‑mouse game with no accountability, no urgency, and no respect for the homeowner dealing with the consequences. Because of your negligence, the financial impact, and the ongoing damage to my home, I have contacted the BBB and will be seeking legal counsel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from JES Foundation Repair.
