He always goes the extra mile for his clients, and this includes staying after hours in the office to ensure all of your questions are answered. He genuinely cares about the Pendleton community, and tries to find the "best fit" for what his customers want and need. Jim is also very personable. His appraoch is genuine; If you don't "win," Richmond homes can't either. In addition, the incentives and house models are wonderful. Im not sure of others who have dealt with sales folks in the past, but we got lucky with Jim.
