Brian was very knowledgeable of his skills. We loved that when he saw an existing troubled area he pointed it out. His personality was great and he kept us laughing. I liked that he took his time, didn't rush, and checked and double check that the job was done correctly. He was very professional from the time he arrived until the end of his job assignment. I would recommend him to anyone and he is a great asset to your company. God bless.

Exceptional customer service from Kyle and Javier (trainee). Knowledgeable and professional! Answered all my questions and I feel comfortable that both heating and cooling are working properly. Above and beyond I would highly recommend Michael and Son.

We had an HVAC repair person come out, state we needed restoration to come first before the repair could take place. Restoration came out, but when we called to schedule HVAC to come back out, no “quote”/estimate had been placed by the original HVAC technician and the tech that they sent was unaware of the original tech’s assessment (mind you we’ve paid multiple fees to have people come to our house at this point). This tech’s assessment differed from the first, and he said it was a “two man job” so someone else had to be there. Despite being told we would hear from Michael & son that day, we haven’t and now we have a room with the ceiling drywall missing and aren’t able to use our HVAC while we wait for repairs and for someone to answer the phone who can actually help fix the mess their inefficient processes have caused. We will never use them again.

Derrick showed up on time, identified the problem right away and provided us with options. He was very knowledgeable about our plumbing situation and was able to manage with his boss a schedule that fit our situation. Outstanding in all categories; friendly, polite, good at what he does. Just what we needed. Michael & Sons are at the top of our list for plumbing and electrical needs!
