  Customer service was great when I called in, very professional and polite. If I asked a question they didn’t know they would respond with “I’m sorry I’m not a technician but I don’t have that answer and I wish I could you further, however your technician will”. I’d rather hear that answer rather than, “I don’t know”. Customer service was wonderful. My technician was Jason, he was very personable, professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. Once we knew that the work I needed done couldn’t be done that day and he lived 2 hours away, Jason didn’t rush to leave, answered all my questions not by simply giving me short answers but really explained in depth and did so professionally. I have since scheduled the work to be done and have requested Jason specifically. The work I needed done isn’t listed below, but I basically needed to change out every breaker, add surge protectors, add to additional outlets and breakers for my AC units.

  Matthew from Michael&Sons came out and troubleshot reconnecting a loose softener brine hose that had been leaking into my crawlspace and was temporarily piped through a hole to the exterior and the brine was killing my grass. While he couldn't locate the original egress connection, he made a valiant effort and we're now waiting on a quote to get the brine water farther away from the house, or just sending it into the regular septic.

  First time working with this company. Scheduling was easy and professional. Adrian was the electrician and he provided several options/estimates taking into consideration cost versus convenience all within code. Also took advantage of signing up for their yearly contract to get the 15% discount on services and at the same time get yearly checks free of charge. It’s nice having a single company for both plumbing and electrical. Using their plumbing service as well.

  I called and was told there was a $69 fee for them to come out and that fee would be waived possibly if I got the repair done so I agreed for them to come out I had a room that the electricity was off in one room they came out they look they found a breaker head been tripped halfway but when it turned it on the ceiling fan sparked so he took the switch to turn it on took it off and kept it so that it could not be turned on again and said I had to order a fan and they would come back and place it in well instead of the $69 that I expected to pay he charged me $279 to find that the electricity was off and then another $349 to replace the fan after I bought one I thought this was excessive and I had no wanted to know what happened to the $69 and I was told that was just the way they charged so paying over $600 to find out that a ceiling fan needed to be replaced was a little expensive I will never use them again after I called and explained all they told me was I gave him a good teaching experience that they would tell their technicians and their telephone operators to make sure that people knew there was other charges

  I was very happy with Ryan's inspection of my plumbing. My house is 87 years old, and over the years it has had a number of plumbing additions and modifications that make it quite complicated. Ryan was meticulous in taking the time to understand the entire system before making any recommendations. What impressed me most was that whenever he noticed a small issue during the inspection, he simply fixed it on the spot instead of trying to sell me additional work.
