  Cutter came out to our house for an estimate to replace our water heater. After approving the work, he was able to coordinate getting a replacement water heater and installed same day. We are very appreciative of his work and service.

  We were able to get next day service from Michael & Son after learning we had a leaky valve under our sink. Lowe's couldn't install our new dishwasher until it was fixed. Matthew was very efficient replacing it. We can finally move on with our kitchen update.

  Terrible. Michael & Son installed a propane water heater on a gas line. We found out after buying the house because the water heater started acting up. Another company's technician came and pointed out this ridiculous and basic mistake. How can you trust a company when they mistakes this amateur? Also not to mention the ridiculously expensive quotes they give you... No thank you.

  Hired Michael & Son for some electrical work. They sent Maxamus Mason. What an incredible worker!!! He checked in with us continuously during the day to update us on progress or to ask questions if need be. Everything works beautifully and he cleaned each room (better than I do) before he left for the day!!! It’s rare that I hire such conscientious young people nowadays! Thank you Maxamus…you are a gem!!!

  We had a fire in our crawl space due to a faulty hot water installation BY ANOTHER COMPANY. Michael and Sons was called about 9:30am on the day of the fire. An electrician (Maxamus) was here by 12:45pm! He quickly identified the problem, took photos to document the cause, repaired burned wires, got the plumbing dept involved (Mathew)to replace the hot water heater, and set up an appt with the fire mitigation team (Nathan). Who knew Michael & Sons could repair the crawl space with new insulation, new plastic to make it waterproof and de-smoke the inside of the house? All 3 Michael & Sons technicians were VERY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We are completely amazed by their fast response, fast repairs, and professionalism! Have already recommended them to everyone in our neighborhood and to our State Farm insurance agent. Kudos Maxamus, Mathew, and Nathan!
