  After an unexpected ordeal with water damage in our kitchen and the lengthy process of repairs we have been chipping away at, we called Michael & Son Electrical for assistance with what felt like an absurd amount of electrical needs. When our Technicians Adrian and Christ arrived, they were professional, polite, and genuinely engaged in collaborating with us as we discussed the feasibility of our needs/wants. They kept us informed on logistics and planning for the various projects on our agenda, and took the time to educate us on additional opportunities to update, enhance, or address repairs needed to ensure the best opportunities for safety in our home. We are grateful for their thoroughness and insight, and look forward to working with them further as they assist us with our electrical needs. There will be more information to come as we work with Adrian and Christ over the course of the next week! Thank you both!

  The electrician they sent, Russell, did an incredible job. He diagnosed the root cause of our electrical issue in less than 15 minutes, in which another vendor was unable to diagnose in two site visits. He was extremely capable, efficient, and friendly. He talked through how he troubleshooted the issue, what the fix was, and the cost in an easily understandable way.

  Did great work, did not fully understand his explanations. Feels like wants to sell more things then truly necessary. $472 for a spigot replacement is plenty expensive without another $500 or so valve replacement behind the spigot. As it happened, the cut off valve behind it it broke off and he put a new valve in anyways. So I’m very appreciative for that. But I’m glad I did not pay another $500!

  Ryan fought against a clogged kitchen sink today that no man should have battled against and saw things time may not wash away, and in end completed the task that some thought impossible at a professional level that was very hard to achieve. I will recommend him to anyone in dire plumbing need.

  Jason competently conducted our electrical inspection, identified issues that needed to be resolved, and provided us with an accurate and thorough estimate to get the work done. We really appreciated his explanations about his findings and about the work he did fixing our issues!
