- MCMrinalini ChakravortySep 18, 20265.0JT was fantastic: on time, nice, and patient with questions and requests.
- JJJaySep 16, 20261.0McCrea installed my HVAC unit for my builder on a new home. There was so much rubber cement in the airways that a Filter could not physically fit in the unit, so it was left with no filter or way to add one. Then, our roof started leaking because the drain sensor installed was defective and overflowed with water. When we called McCrea, we asked for just a simple maintenance service and they said "not our problem." It cost me over a thousand dollars to fix the mistakes.
- RBRebecca BlackburnSep 13, 20265.0Mack Morris has been the company that we have used for HVAC system maintenance and installation for years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We recommend Mack Morris for all your HVAC system needs 100%
- DBDoug BariSep 12, 20265.0Worked with Cindy recently and Sierra came out to the house. What can I say about you folks? Professionalism. Technical know-how. Always pleasant to work with your group. What's not to like?
- KBKathy BrownAug 28, 20265.0My York HVAC system installed by Mack Morris 17 yrs ago was excellent. I used them for annual maintenance too. When a new system was needed, Robert asked many questions about the system & house, looking for any areas to improve. He gave me several quotes on various brands of heat pumps. All were reasonable & he addressed my concerns. Robert was prompt & thorough. The team was Preston & Hayden with Anthony as the chief installation mgr. They did an excellent installation job inside & out, cleaning up thoroughly. I strongly recommend Mack Morris for annual maintenance and new systems. Their people are well trained and I trust them.
