Experienced a leak under our house and tried calling 4 plumbers before I called Jennifer and she provided that magic answer, "yes, we can be there today." Lee came and within a short time had the leak fixed. This is a company I will continue to do business with in the future. And they offer more than plumbing. Check them out for your next home repair!!

I am so glad I came across Just Better every time I go to do laundry in my newly functional laundry area! Lee and Robert were ideal plumbers. Courteous, communicative, patient with my many questions, happy to offer advice and recommendations even about things they weren't there to fix, and the things they were there to fix were done exceptionally well and look very professional. When stuff went wrong (old house with lots of out of date plumbing) in the process of the work they were actually there to do, they addressed those issues as well, leaving us with nothing to worry about. Everything they touched was better than when they arrived, and I'm definitely calling them again the next time we have plumbing (or AC, or electrical) issues! Thanks so much, y'all.

Had Michael come out to investigate an electrical problem at our house. Was able to quickly find and diagnose a serious potential issue and get us a quick plan to getting damaged equipment replaced. Showed up exactly on time and was very polite.

I have had HVAC services with this company previously, and they were reasonable, competent, reliable, and pleasant to work with. Today, Tim with Just Better assisted with some plumbing needs at my home, and I found him to be the same. A great group of people to work with all around! PS - Follow-up appointment with Lee was just as great! Thanks!

Tesla Wall Charger Install David, Jennifer, and Mike at Just Better Home Services were professional, communicative, and easy to work with on our Tesla Wall Connector installation. Jennifer made scheduling and follow-up seamless, and David executed a clean, careful install. When a breaker acted up after the final install, Mike responded quickly and got it sorted. I would have appreciated more guidance up front on wire gauge and circuit requirements for maximum charging performance. As a non-electrician, I didn’t readily know that information. The first setup was undersized for full-speed charging, so David had to return to run new wire and upgrade the breaker. That added cost, though they kindly offered a discount on the follow-up work. The charger operates correctly now, and the team handled the resolution professionally. I would hire them again. Just state your target amperage and wire gauge up front so the circuit is sized correctly from day one.
