  Nick our service tech was very nice and friendly, and also very prompt. He solved our problem with the heat pump and checked a few other things. The service was done on a Sunday and we were told the extra charge for weekends or holidays. However, we were not expecting the overall charge for a capacitor replacement to be such a ridiculous price.

  We were very pleased with the speed with which Whistler responded to our need. Our service technician Austin Shumatewas extremely polite and knowledgeable, very professional and kind explained what he was going to do and what was wrong with our current equipment. He installed the new equipment in record time, tested it and made sure it was working. I would definitely use Whistler again and definitely ask for technician Austin Shumate.

  This is the first time that I have contacted Wistler; they were very quick to answer, set up an appointment, and were very professional. The day they were scheduled, I received a Text with a picture of the technician, showing me who would be doing the work. I really appreciate the safety this gives. Ben was our technician and Steven was his apprentice for the HVAC work. Both were very professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to working with the Wistler team in the future.

He is very thorough and meticulous Also very good explaining issues that arise in answering questions that I have He also gave me three options as to repairs for my unit And performed to work in a very professional manner I highly recommend his service thank you Steve G

  We woke up to no water on a Monday morning. Yikes! We called Wisler and they said they’d come out that same day. Yay! The technician was even early. Marlin Roth was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Once he figured out the problem, he needed a part from the warehouse and he had to wait a little while for it to be delivered. It came, he fixed the panel that was the problem, and away he went.
