  I had a water leak outside and Davis Plumbing installed a new main waterline from the meter to the house. Ryder was the technician. He was very polite, thorough, informed me about everything, and asked if I had any questions . Ryder had another guy help him and they both did a superb job. I was extremely impressed.

  We needed an emergency repair this weekend for the only toilet in our home, and with so many options to choose from for plumbing services, our technician (Ryder W.) made all the difference! His obvious knowledge and experience put us at ease as he thoroughly assessed our dilemma and sought to bring the entire ordeal to a faithful end. We could not have asked for a better-suited technician—especially one whose integrity and quality of work thoroughly surpassed our expectations. We would not hesitate to do business with Davis again, and it’s because of our experience with Ryder—who made all the difference!

  We had a mystery leak that flooded the kitchen and sent water pouring into the rooms below. We scheduled Davis to diagnose the problem because the company handling the water damage restoration didn’t provide leak detection. From the moment they arrived, the technicians demonstrated the perfect combination of professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. In a single visit of about an hour, they asked relevant questions and carefully assessed the situation. They worked through the possible causes methodically instead of making assumptions and flooding the kitchen again. The culprit was the refrigerator water filter. It had not been fully tightened the last time it was replaced a few months earlier. The connection gap leak was created over time under the constant pressure that ended pouring water all over the kitchen. What could have turned into a long, expensive investigation was solved quickly thanks to their knowledge, experience, and systematic troubleshooting. I was truly impressed by both their technical skills and the way they treated us throughout the visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Davis to anyone needing honest, competent, and reliable service.

  Daniel B. was very informative and thorough in his work. He provided several options for the issue we had, was timely, and he was reassuring about the concerns along with the solutions to remedy the issue. His attention to detail was every appreciated and he did a great job replacing the ductwork that needed to be fixed. This was a great experience!

  I've been living in a house built by my parents in 1964. After they passed, I moved in. Maintaining a house with such charm can be challenging. I had issues during our recent thunderstorms that caused water backup in the underground pipes. My finished basement developed pools of water as a result. I spent a day researching plumbers near me, read new reviews and Davis, Heating Cooling & Plumbing jumped out from the competition! Their list covered other maintenence services that I needed. I called Davis on Monday, August 3 and arranged an appointment on Tuesday, the next day. Davis service men, Troy and Jacob arrived about 10am. I spent time with them showing them the many maintenance needs I have that require plumbers. I asked advice about the age of my hot water heater and learned it was living on borrowed time! I also asked if they could replace my broken garbage disposal. Troy recommended heavy duty equipment Davis has to blow out a total of 9 drains, 4 in front of house and 5 in back.This will happen tomorrow. Today Troy and Jacob installed a new hot water heater and garbage disposal. I'm so relieved! Thesa guys are so pleasant & Troy gives thought to better ways to handle issues. I'm so pleased with their work & attention to detailed. Costs are reasonable! I will be a permanent costumer!! Thank you Davis!!
