  Damien was awesome and loved his personality, very sweet I would love his services again and jumped in when we need him here... Hope to see him more... Davis heating etc was on top of jumped in done the emergency plumbing when another company failed us keep up the awesome work if there was 10 stars I would give it

  1 Star. Absolute Nightmare. Avoid Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric If I could give zero stars, I would. We were completely taken advantage of by our salesperson, Dakota, who aggressively upsold us on a high-end Moovair HVAC system. We trusted his recommendation, expecting a premium, reliable, energy-efficient setup. What Dakota didn't tell us is that Davis technicians don't understand the equipment. Davis has sent multiple technicians out to our house. Every single time, the techs end up standing around on support calls with Moovair because, by their own admission, no one at Davis actually understands how these newer Moovair machines work. Why is Dakota upselling customers on complex, expensive systems that his own installation and service teams have zero capability to install or maintain? It's completely unacceptable to use paying customers as guinea pigs for equipment your team isn't qualified to handle. We are stuck in a miserable loop of paying for a system we can't use, while Davis techs continue to scratch their heads while staring at the unit. If you want a company that actually stands behind what they sell, DO NOT use Davis Heating and Cooling. They are happy to take your money for a premium upsell, but are completely incapable of making it work.

  Today Davis Technician Ryan gets a 5 star review from me. He arrived on time, introduced himself and was very professional and courteous to engage with. Although another Davis technician had previously attended to my AC problem, Ryan took the time to conduct his own investigation. I really appreciated this. Ryan repaired the found problem and expertly explained it in terms I could understand, answering all my questions thoroughly.   These guys were very fast came out the same day very knowledgeable very helpful. Got in. Got done and got out. They also looked over a few other problems. I thought I may have in the future and gave me some pretty good quotes on those. Definitely recommend these guys to anybody looking for a high-quality electrical company.

  We had Ross, the tech that was sent to us by Davis, come to our home today to do a check on our air conditioning system before summer. Let me start by saying my husband and I have never been so pleased by a home service visit in our life. Not only was this young man professional, knowledgeable, and polite, he never once tried to upsell us or give us “a line” or sales pitch. It’s a rare thing it seems these days when you get an honest & genuine run down of whatever it is your having looked at or worked on and that is exactly what we received this afternoon and we couldn’t be more happy. Not only will we be using Davis again, we will be ONLY calling Davis for all of our needs on our home in the future. Huge thanks for the thorough job, honest & professional evaluation, and outstanding service. More techs should follow Ross’ lead in the other businesses in the field. We would most definitely recommend Davis to anyone looking to get their systems checked, worked on, or replaced.
