Called Davis at 11 am on July, 4 because my A/C quit working with 100 degree temps expected and they answered on the 3rd ring. I told them the problem and they had a service technician at my house at 3pm (4 hrs later).
The service technician (MIKE) was super nice and professional and it took him 2 mins to diagnosis the bad capacitor and had it replaced in 10 mins and out the door for a total time of 30 mins!!!
Thank You Davis Heating and Air and especially Mike, the service technician. I will be hiring them for routine maintenance based on that great experience on a holiday and hottest day of the year.
All that cost only $368.00

Great customer service and quick turnaround time! I called on a Sunday and they were available to come out on Monday. My tech was Dalton and he was great! I was given clear communication from start to finish and I loved that.
The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is the price. $450 to replace a wax seal on a toilet seemed very expensive since the parts are cheap and it takes less than an hour to do. There is also a $99 fee for coming out to assess the issue in addition to the cost to fix the problem. I personally appreciate companies that will apply the fee to the overall price if you go with them (maybe that could be something you all offer in the future). Overall I’m happy with their service.

We have had a rather disappointing experience with Davis Heating Cooling & Electrical. Initially, we called on them to inspect our units and determine why one was not working. They charged us over $600 just to look and explore, only to inform us that the unit needed to be replaced and they were unable to fix the current unit. Unfortunately, this resulted in a complete loss of the $600+ spent on the inspection fee. A Lot of money to loose out on :-(
Given this situation, we decided to replace both units in our house and were in search of top-notch systems. Davis recommended their best system, the MoovAir brand made in China, at a price of $15,095 per unit. However, it became evident that the MoovAir units are unable to support the multizone setup that our old units were capable of.
Adding to our frustration was the electrical work quote from Davis, which came in at an astonishing $12,000. This prompted us to seek a second opinion from Brown Heating Air and Electrical. Brown provided a quote for high-quality TRANE units, made in the USA, at $14,000 each, and their units were able to offer the zone system capability that we had hoped for. Additionally, their electrical work was quoted significantly lower at $4,905.
In total, by opting for Brown, we saved $9,285, making the choice clear for us. Both companies offered 0% financing for five years.
Overall, the lack of suitable product recommendations, exorbitant pricing, and loss from the inspection fee left us dissatisfied with Davis Heating Cooling & Electrical.

My husband and I would like to commend the work of Tyler W. at our home on June 22. Our kitchen sink drain was plugged, and it was a complicated process, requiring replacing a good bit of our pipe under the sink and in the basement. Tyler did a great job troubleshooting the problem which wasn’t fixable with just a simple drain clean out. He was skilled in the work that he did and his professionalism was top match. The repair took a good portion of the day and he finished up place Spick in span with a drain that works with plumbing that will serve us well into the future. I recommendation would be that perhaps davis could’ve had two personnel on the job as it required a lot of going up and downstairs to do the testing and installation. It was a big job for one person, but Tyler was up for it. Tyler was polite, considerate, which is something always valued by the customer, and that was us!
Kudos to Tyler!

Closed on a house a few months back that had radiant floor heat in the basement. Radon company needed pipes rerouted so Davis was to do the work. Tech came and was able to reroute on the first visit but noticed sound with water heater. Tried to troubleshoot and called Navien and ordered sensors. Replaced about 2 weeks later and did not fix issue. He called Navien again to troubleshoot and said needed diverter to extend hot water into the house. Waited 2 weeks and installed and still did not fix. He got back on phone with Navien to troubleshoot and said it’s computer board. Part is ordered and we are still waiting to come in and for service. So far, parts and repair has cost right at $3k which has been paid in full and we still have no hot water. We cannot delay moving into the house any longer so scheduled to move Friday and cannot shower, clean, wash towels or run dishwasher. Very frustrated at this point as to why a reputable company has taken almost 2 months of service and continuous troubleshooting with Navien to restore hot water and has still been unsuccessful. The real estate agent handling the repairs has reached out to escalate to management last week and has yet to get a phone call to discuss. We are at a loss of what to do at this point.
