  Wonderful company and service! Jonathan, Grayson, JoJo and Lucas (& all of the insulation guys) have a great work ethic. I had all of my nasty 1977 ductwork removed, furnace & compressor removed, crawlspace encapsulated and dehumidifier installed and wired. I also had minisplits installed and wired. They are wonderful!! This is a 1957 house with a tiny crawlspace. Not easy to get around and dirty too. The guys were punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me (esp Grayson) while I asked lots of questions about what they were doing, how and why. They were able to answer all questions and do a quality job very efficiently. HIGHLY recommend. I had them come back and do a couple of little things and they responded quickly and pleasantly, like it wasn't a burden. Great customer service. Special shout-out to Lani who did the sheduling & answered & relayed questions to the installation team.

  Exceptional experience from start to finish with the purchase and installation of our new high efficiency HVAC Heat Pump system after our 20-year old unit finally bit the dust. Hall Air scheduled within a few days, which included a 10-year parts and labor warranty along with 60-months zero-interest financing, and $4000 off installation during their Spring sales event. We really couldn’t be more satisfied with all the professionalism from their entire team, from the office manager through the HVAC techs who got the system in and up and running in less than 4-hours. This is an outstanding family run Heating and A/C company that lives up to why they’ve been in business for more than 50-years in the RVA area!

  Great price on 2 heat pumps. Jonathan presented us with the facts about the systems and no pressure to buy. He even replied to my email on a Sunday which was totally unexpected.The installation took about 6 hours and the guys were great. Grayson, Jo Jo, and Tucker left no evidence they were here except for 2 new, quiet, and efficient units. The units have been tried on heat and cool and now we have warm air from the vents when heating and cool air when cooling. The old units were the opposite, cool when heating and warm when cooling, lol.

  I have some good friends in the HVAC space who work for different companies. When I called them to ask for a reference to have a new system installed both of my HVAC friends/professionals who worked for different companies recommended Hall Air for their quality of service, Price, and follow up post installation. I found that unusual due to them working for different companies, and went with their recommendation. Hall Air was the epitome of professionalism from start to finish. The scheduler called to schedule the install, and was very considerate of my busy schedule. When the technicians came to install the system, they were EXTREMELY professional, considerate of the fact I have animals who need to be put away during install, and kept my home clean before, during and after the new system install. Hall Air called after the install to make sure everything was working properly. They even came out to the house to inspect the system a couple weeks after installation. I’m very happy with the work they did and the professionalism they extended to me. I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs! 10 out of 10!!! Thank you, Hall Air!   Today, Chris and Lucas were here to install a humidifier to my new heater. They did an excellent job, so polite and friendly. I highly recommend DL Hall for HVAC and plumbing needs. The gentlemen who installed both the compressor and heating unit did a nice job. They were efficient and knowledgeable. My notes from the initial visit indicate that a humidifier would be installed at no additional cost. The installers said they had no knowledge of a humidifier. Because of the forced air heat, I definitely expected the humidifier to be installed. Please advise. DL Hall contacted me and recognized not having the humidifier on the initial install visit was an oversight. I received a call and appointment is made for the humidifier to be installed in a few days. I appreciate Hall for their prompt response to correct this oversight. I would recommend this company and their staff without hesitation. Marjorie Bertolino
