  Isaiah was very informative , and professional. We will be asking for him by name the next time we need a plumber. Shane was professional and did a great job making sure our outlets were dry and working properly after a large leak in our home. Both fellas were kind and friendly. We appreciate you guys.

  I’m glad that I called the right company to get an estimate to replace my old water heater. Technician arrived to check and offer an estimate for replacement with different options. After I paid the deposit for an upgrade to tankless one, he suggested to replace the gas meter with a higher capacity and call him back. After three days of waiting Roanoke Gas’ technician called me to advise that this meter was good enough for him to install, while I had to wait for new meter for a week. (Plumber should have told me that). I called back Wisler and gave updates and asked them to install. They didn’t have it in stock either! But they sent me a new gas heater as a loaner and was installed within FOUR hours. Moral of this story is “ sales techniques are acceptable if you back it up with a great service”

  I am SUPER pleased with the service by Wisler!! I needed someone quickly, but not emergency. I left a message and an associate called me after 5 which I thought was amazing. She made me an appointment for 830 the next morning. I received an intro text from plumber Merlin and a text when he arrived. Merlin was awesome..super nice, friendly and professional. He gave me a price which was reasonable and finished within an hour. I couldn't be more pleased. I have added them as a contact and they are now my go to for all my home services. thank you Wisler!! BTW .I called 2 other plumbers and did not get a call back.

  Josh and Ray with Wisler Plumbing were on time, professional, courteous and skilled. They kept us updated with the plan on fixing our kitchen plumbing, as well as installing our new faucet. We were extremely satisfied with the results! Shout out also to the team answering the phones and scheduling the appointments. Super responsive and nice.

  Zach was great, and his helper was very respectful as well. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring toward us as homeowners. Zach was thorough, explained everything clearly so we could fully understand the issues, and made sure all of our questions were answered. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. We will definitely be requesting him again for any future plumbing needs!
