  Was able to book an appointment for requested plumbing work to be done on a Sunday and received an immediate reply.and an appointment was scheduled for an estimate on the next day. Arrived ahead of schedule, gave me options and completed the work on the spot. Very respectful, professional and explained in detail what needed to be done. The work was done promptly at a reasonable price.

  I needed an overhead light fixed in my kitchen . Shane came this morning to check it out. He explained everything to me about what the Wisler Company has to offer. The problem was quickly found and explained to me. He explained the cost to fix it. He corrected the problem in a timely fashion. I would recommend Wisler to anyone needing their services.

  To call at 4 o'clock in the morning and talk to someone about the problem you have and to get on the schedule to get it repaired then you can relax and rest the rest of the night knowing it's gonna be taken care of I was Scheduled for 5 o'clock and they moved it up to two then they moved it up to 11. They try very hard to help you and they do a good job at it.

  Over the past two months we used Wisler to address a series of plumbing and electrical issues. We appreciate not only the work that was performed but the people who contributed to getting it all successfully completed efficiently and effectively. Throughout the process, Brad, Wendy, Shelly, and Krista were quick to answer my calls and always a delight while helping me. At one point a manager took the time to call me and address some lingering questions. He was so helpful in providing a detailed explanation of services and making sure we were satisfied. That phone call specifically (the gentleman told me his name at least twice but I was at the gym, thanks Brad or Shane?) officially made us Wisler customers for life, knowing that someone cares enough to reach out and try to fulfill our expectations...we really appreciate everyone who worked to provide us with such an exceptional experience. Specifically we want to thank the following guys: Zach Davis was our first tech and he introduced is to the company's process, he did such a great job. He was clear on our range of available options and walked me through all the updates he recommended with a detailed, technical explanation for each job. He was patient with my questions and diligent in following up with a few issues that we found after his visit. Austin Shumate helped us navigate a lengthy and uncertain process of switching our electrical service and made himself readily available for addressing all the questions and concerns that emerged throughout the experience. After a long day he took the extra time to walk me through every step of the tasks he performed to address our immediate electrical concerns, we cannot thank him enough for keeping the property safe and secure! Miguel was efficient and diligent, working all day on several different plumbing installs throughout the property. After he left I realized he had not only vacuumed the areas where he had been working but he had cleaned up some extra spaces in the house. He was such a bright spot in an otherwise mundane slog of updating some household fixtures and a pleasure to have helping us out. George Arrington worked all day knocking out a long list of random replacements and installs throughout the house. There was a technical issue with one of the projects and he actually went to purchase a more effective part to complete the job and ensured it worked effectively before he left. John Chappell put in two full days of solid labor moving our electrical panel. I don't think he stopped working from the moment he arrived until the team left after 7PM. He addressed some concerns we had with the job and went over and beyond troubleshooting a separate building on the property. He was so responsive in keeping us updated about the progress as it unfolded, he clearly knew what he was doing, and he did an absolutely amazing job for us. When Chad Ross showed up for his second day moving the electrical panel we were so excited to see him again. He had a perpetually positive attitude in spite of having to perform a complex set of tasks in sweltering heat while navigating the added complication of a tenuously placed and outdated panel. His smile was infectious and his work ethic is unparalleled, we appreciate his commitment to the job so much. Shane Atkins was an absolute delight to have diagnosing our electrical issue. He not only addressed the problem with a steady diligence, he performed a thorough series of tasks to provide us with additional valuable information about our panel that we absolutely appreciate. He fixed our problem and took the time to go the extra mile and leave things around the property better than the condition in which he initially found them, we appreciate everything he did for us so much!   I needed to have some home generator work. The 2 people that came were Michiah and Charles. I’ve had electrical work done by the same company before. They always kept us updated on the progress as they were working. Even letting us know they had to leave to get a special piece that was needed and would be back quickly. I highly recommend having work done from this company. Michiah and Charles were extremely professional, courteous and kind. They even took the time needed to answer any of our questions.. I can’t say enough, good things about my experience. I will use them again if I ever need electrical work done.
