  Pipemasters Construction were sent out to my home by Home Serve Warranty early June 2026 to diagnose and repair my water heater. My house is an older home with a crawl space, and the water heater is located in that crawl space. There is not alot of space.Next to the water heater is the pump pressure tank which is located very very close to the water heater.I would say less than 12 inches apart. I had no leaks ! Zero leaks ! I'm going to keep this as short as I can. In the process of replacing the the water heater they damaged the pump pressure tank. Now I have a leak. I put in a claim and it was investigated by two different investigators.I have pictures, I had a video and a surveillance showing that they had the pump pressure tank trying to make repairs in my back yard. I had overwhelming evidence and I had no leaks before they worked on it, however with all the evidence and my statement the second investigator from homeserve said that there was no substantial evidence proving that they did it. Unbelievable ! It's not what you know , but who you know , and if you have someone who will cover you are back , you never have to worry , you can do what you want to do and lie about it. The only issue initially , was that my water was not super super high , like it usually was. That's it. With contractors like this , I don't even know if the water was the issue. Maybe it was the element on the water heater. I was charged $1,400 dollars. Home Serve paid one thousand and I paid four hundred. I'm not going to set back and alow Pipemasters or Homeserve to get away with what they did. I will do my best to obtain an attorney,and come after you both. Does anyone know a good honest attorney?
