  We just moved into a new home that required several small projects. I called Ostrom and they came the same day! Chip was very friendly and open about the projects and managed to quickly schedule the job for the following day. The install came on time and were the most friendly and engaging crew I have ever met! Hands down one of the best service experiences I have ever had as a homeowner. The job was done quickly, safely and was reasonable. I can't recommend Ostrom enough!

  Ostrom has been out to my house a few times in the past couple of years, and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone who has worked with us has been incredibly kind, respectful, and knowledgeable, and at no time did I ever feel like we were getting upsold for things we didn't need. Would absolutely recommend Ostrom for anyone needing these services.

  CJ and his apprentice (sorry. He did introduce himself but I forgot his name) showed up on time and ready to Go. I was met with smiling faces and a very pleasant attitude. They greeted me and Maggie (my dog), told me Their plan for the day and started right away. Did a great job and cleaned up the job was done. Very friendly and polite and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I asked for a small change in the job and they agreed without any issues. Cleaned up after the job was done. I would have these two back in my house at any time. Thanks for a job well done. Tell Mike that I Think you both need a raise. Mike Stoots

  1 have to say that OSTROM, electrical. Plumbing. Heating and Air is the GOAT.Very satisfied with response time. Called passed closing time on the weekend, repairmen was here on Monday to repair air conditioner. A friendly smiling pair Ryan and Jeremiah showing confidence in whatever they might find. Before leaving they asked if there was anything else they could look at, to me that was unusual. most repairmen can’t wait to leave. I asked them to check the toilet. Ryan made a call and before the electricians left the plumbers Seth and Justin showed up. I had the toilet replaced on the spot. These workers made me feel I had there guarantee of a perfect job an the cost was secondary to me. Love this company. Thank You Ostrom.

  I called Ostrom to have them come out and quote what it would cost to install a 240 Volt (aka, 220 outlet) in my garage for my Tesla that I ordered. First, they cannot give you the "before noon or afternoon" time frame, they just say, "sometime that day." Secondly, the gentleman came out and called me and explained to him what I was needing. Just to put this in perspective, the panel box is in my garage, the outlet was going 1 foot to the right of that panel box. The electrician would have to put two low voltage items on one breaker to make room for the breaker to install the 240V. He called me, and he said it would be $1878.53 including the permit cost of $135. He also said he "wouldn't even have to flush mount because he would use conduit, rather than running in through the drywall." I would not have an issue with that but for that kind of money, I would have thought he would not be using conduit. I nearly said, "what if you just use conduit and don't flush mount," hoping to save maybe the $500 I would assume he was charging to bore through drywall. I asked why in the world are they so expensive. He said they are professionally trained, licensed, and have a tremendous amount of overhead. I definitely understand all that but almost $1900 to do this job is approximately $1200 too much in my opinion. I will not be using Ostrom and I wouldn't typically leave a negative review for services not rendered but the quote was excessive.
