  The techs repaired my AC unit so that we would not have to endure another night of 88 degrees inside the house. The techs were very professional and amicable. They explained what needed to be done. They were quick and efficient and answered all questions that I had. My only concern is that the online scheduling had their arrival time from 8:30-12:30. Someone from the office needed to have called with an update, because it wa 4:00 when they arrived. Nevertheless, they did great work. I highly recommend them.

  ☆☆☆☆☆ Review for Caiden I want to recognize Caiden for stepping up and helping me out with a tape measure for a wheelchair. I needed the wheelchair measured for a friend’s father who had a stroke, and Caiden didn’t hesitate to help. His willingness to assist made a real difference, and I appreciate it.What stood out most was how quickly he responded and how genuinely he cared about making sure I had what I needed. This wasn’t a small thing getting accurate measurements was important so we could make sure the wheelchair would fit properly and be comfortable for someone who’s already going through a difficult time. Caiden understood that immediately. He didn’t treat it like a chore or an inconvenience. He treated it like something that mattered.He showed respect, patience, and professionalism the entire time. In a world where people often rush past each other, Caiden took a moment to help without hesitation. That kind of character says a lot about a person. It’s the kind of everyday kindness that makes a real impact, especially when someone is dealing with medical challenges and mobility issues.I’m grateful for his help, and I want it to be known. Caiden is the kind of person who steps up when someone needs a hand, and that deserves recognition.

  Layne was knowledgeable, professional, and highly efficient. He single-handedly installed our new toilet in about two hours, despite the added challenge of carrying everything up to our third-floor apartment in a building without an elevator. We were very impressed with his expertise, efficiency, and hard work.

  Our AC went out and i called Ostrom. They were out the same day. My lennox was old and needed replacing. I asked the tech to call there sales person. Robert was there in a hour. Had to order my furnace but they had it in a couple days. The techs showed up on time and did not leave until it was done. My new Lennox system is great. Very quiet and does a great job. Would definitely recommend Ostroms.

  Ostrom was very responsive, and got our central air working again. The dispatcher was pleasant, and easy to get scheduled with. The technician, Ryan, was a cool guy who explained what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Ryan really stuck with the job. He had to make two different trips to get specific parts, and he was back at it pretty fast. I appreciate his responsiveness to our issue. It meant a lot to have AC back in this heat and humidity.
