  Joe Wood replaced the shut off valve to a toilet. He was prompt, courteous and very informative. Before starting the work he explained in detail 2 options available to me. After the valve was replaced, he wanted to wait 30 minutes to ensure that the glue was dry. During that 30 minutes he asked if I wanted him to look at anything. He showed me where the main water shut off was in the garage. I only knew about the one outside, curbside. In addition, he showed me where, under the kitchen sink, was the shut off valve for the exterior spigot . If I am in need of any plumbing work in the future, I will contact Woodfin and ask for Joe Wood.

  Gotta say Julius was amazing! Excellent customer service and personable! He knew what the issue was as soon as he looked at the unit. I appreciate him taking the time to talk me through what happened and preventative measures for the future. Another shout out to the electrician Ciara!! Knowledgeable...professional and personable.   Had a leaking sink/disposal, due to an unrelated shoddy renovation install. Abel was on time and also called me on his way out. He was very friendly and quick with his diagnosis and repair. This is the second time I have used Woodfin in 6 mths and they are always quick to respond to your call and have a tech onsite. Very pleased with Woodfin and their tech, Abel.

  Woodfin did their usual FANTASTIC job! Installers answered all my questions, showed me how to use new thermostat, etc Everyone was courteous, polite, engaging, and most helpful despite the heat in a home that was sweltering HOT! They always do TOP NOTCH work! They were recommended to me by a dear friend of our family. Everyone at Woodfin is engaging, very professional, & the best in their business/trade! Give them a call when you need maintenance work at your home or business. This group will NEVER let you down!!

  Taylor and Jose from WOODFIN were excellent! Taylor came in, analyzed my problem with the air conditioner and determined what the issue was. He got on the phone with his team to order the parts and set up a time to return the following day to do the installation replacement. He was very pleasant to work with very knowledgeable and friendly! José came the second day and explained what he was going to do replace my circuit board and he had it done in record time! Both Taylor and Jose were friendly showed exceptional customer service! I would definitely use WOODFIN again! All my questions were answered all around an excellent job! Even The staff that answered the phone when I called were super friendly and very caring! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE A+
