  I had a technician out today to look at my older Trane AC that uses R22. He was professional, but the only solution offered by the company was to replace the entire system for $10,000 because Woodfin doesn't carry R22 anymore. It’s frustrating because R22 is still available online for licensed pros to buy. It feels like customers are being given no choice but a huge replacement cost just because the company won’t stock the older refrigerant. I wish a big company like this had more options to help people keep their current units running a bit longer instead of only offering a total replacement

  I guess Dylan is the young man I spoke to on the phone when I called in and he was great. Bery helpful. Tech was supposed to be here between 12:30 and 4:30 and I had not seen nor heard from them and once past 5 assumed that they were not going to be here today. To their credit I got a call at 5:30 and he was here by 5:45 and took care of us So I've edited the review to reflect that.👍

  Mr. Brendan Smith came out and was very straightforward about the details of our shower faucet repair. He worked quickly and was very respectful and clear throughout the entire process. This was one of my first times scheduling a plumbing service on my own and he was all ears for any questions I had. Thank you all! If this experience is anything to go off, Woodfin's got some mighty fine people in their services. Thank you!

  Upon highly questioning a previous company's diagnosis/inspection results regarding an HVAC system's failures, we chose to contact "Woodfin" (based on further research and reviews). I can honestly say, "They're top-notch when it comes to customer service, availability, and their workers' effort to resolve an issue." 'Robert Defreitas' and team troubleshooted the issue for an hour plus (majority of companies and workers never take the time) and ultimately had the system running again as intended! Gray Chillin appreciates your efforts indeed!

  Just a note to say what an asset Whaki Fox is to your company. Whaki was here for a seasonal tune-up and assessment of my HVAC system. I have had these seasonal checkups for years, and I believe Whaki was the most thorough and knowledgeable of all the technicians that I have had in my home. He took time to go over the check points of his review and showed me the inner workings of the system and how each part worked together, along with and, most importantly, the safety checks . Because of the age of the system, I had of mind that it might need replacing. After seeing and listening to Whaki's excellent review, my mind was put at ease. I appreciated his polite communication style, which allowed me to understand more clearly all of the technicalities. However, what I appreciated most about Whaki, was his INTEGRITY!! He could have sold me a new system. Clearly, one of his best virtues is honesty. I will welcome Whaki back to my home in October, for another seasonal review. Thank you.
