  Our sales rep is awesome. Installation went very well. It was raining on and off for our second order. Installers were very concerned that materials did not get wet. They called for a covered truck to keep all dry.

  We purchased our windows 23 years ago and they have done extremely well over the years however most recently we’ve noticed some wear & tear. Andrew one of their technicians was assign our windows and what a gentlemen. Understood what needed to be done and his customer service was second to none! Not sure if you will need a Window World technician and I don’t know if you can ask for a particular tech but if can you go with Andrew! Anthony McLean

  Phenomenal value and top-tier service! I used this company to replace the windows on my main residence and rental property, and they exceeded expectations. Their prices were incredibly competitive - significantly better than the other quotes I received - but they didn't skimp on quality. The windows look beautiful and are clearly built to last. The team stuck strictly to the promised installation schedule, which made managing both properties incredibly easy. To top it off, when we noticed a minor defect on one of the panes, they didn't give me the runaround - they were incredibly prompt in getting it replaced. Outstanding customer service and great value!

  Called at 10:22 am about one of my windows not staying up. Spoke with customer service and was told they could have someone out to fix it at 12:pm the same day. David showed up at 11:40 and had it fixed by 12:00. He couldn't have be nicer and efficient in fixing the problem. I've had these windows since 2004 and have only called twice in that time and always have gotten impeccable serive.

  Abysmal and unacceptable experience! I bought a new front door less than a year ago from Window World, and the door immediately had a problem. It was reordered, but the company left me completely in the dark. Once the replacement slab arrived, it was installed. In the last three months, the paint has chipped, white streaks forms, the door hardware is broken, and the sweep is coming off the door. I sent e-mail, and I called at least twice. My calls were sent to a voice mail with no name. I never got a response. Now that I am trying to resolve the matter, again, I am told e-mail is too complicated for Window World and they don't know where my voice messages went. They want it sent via text. To top the cake, I got a call Friday when I was in a meeting at work. I told them it was not a good time. I got a very snarky text message from Window World this morning which was completely out of line, after I told them a new problem had arisen with the door hardware. When I finally got someone on the phone, he refused to tell me who sent the message. He also informed me that they had several problems in the company, including all of their installers who have quit. I was also asked for my address which, as a repeat customer, they should have on file! He told me that he (not a service / repair technician) could come out today to "see" if he could fix the sweep. I said no. He said he could come Monday, and I said I could not just stay home from work. When I provided two alternate dates, I was told they'd have to get back to me on a time. So, it appears as though I will have someone coming who may or may not be able to fix just the door sweep. Never mind the rest! I will never use or recommend Window World again. I wouldn't put their products on so much as a dog house.
