So when I went to replace more windows I got 4 estimates this time. One from the prior company and 3 other from leading window companies in Richmond. Thats when I met Mounir Said from Window World. I knew from the very beginning that it was a different experience. First He was extremely knowledable and he really listened to what I was saying and looking for. He addressed every concern went around and looked at all the windows we were replacing -13 very large window but he also looked at the windows we had just replaced so that they could make the new ones blend in. He was very detailed and thorough and didn't try to give one price and then switch it around like the other company did. Not only was it a great price but the quality and appearance were as nice as the other windows that were 4 times as much. The instillation was done by their installers and I can't begin to say enough about Byron and his team of installers. If I had to do again I would have used Window World the first time as well. I looked at allot of companies and Window World of Richmond was hands down the best by far.
