  It was real easy to work with Al at the Richmond office of Tuff Shed. He explained the specifics about the type of shed we wanted and then took us outside to look at a similar demonstration shed in their lot. All our questions were answered. The process that Al described to put our shed on our property was spot on and the on site crew finished it in 3 hours as promised. We are very pleased with our new Tuff Shed!

  Al was so helpful about my mom’s 62 options and answered all her questions. She is 84 and he was very patient. Very good sales demeanor. Worth talking to.

  The custom shed design interface on the website was very easy to use. Enabled me to get the perfect size i needed which happens to be a little narrow. After i placed the order the local rep was quick to respond and easily assisted me in making some adjustments. Look forward to seeing the final product.

  Chloe was super knowledgeable and didn't make the sale of my new shed a "Tuff" choice. She knocked it out of the park with quick quotes, I felt like I was buying a shed from a friend. TJ in Richmond put the finishing touches on my purchase. Great team! Couldn't of been easier or more pleasurable.
