I was working with the Tuff Shed team in Richmond from the west coast and they were super responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs even though I couldn't meet them in person. My original plan was for a custom 10x12' shed, and they had it built and ready for delivery. As I was double-checking the installation site, I found a sewer cleanout cover right where the shed needed to be located. There was really no other place the shed could fit in my yard. After talking with Christine and Missy about this issue, they proposed to build a 8x10' shed according to all my original specs, colors, etc, and deliver it the following week! They reduced the restocking fee to a very reasonable percentage and I even got a few hundred dollars back since my new shed was smaller. I really was blown away. My shed arrived the next week and I'm so happy with it! I'll definitely recommend Tuff Shed in Richmond to anyone considering a shed.
