  Positive experience start to finish. The team was welcoming in their showroom, gave us more than enough information to allow us to make an informed decision, and worked with us all the way. That the business is in Henrico and we're in Virginia Beach didn't matter. Great customer service, great product, great installation, great experience. Very highly recommended.

AJ was very patient and helped us design exactly what we were looking for…installation was communicated very well , and Jonathan was prompt, left the site clean, and was very skilled in hanging the shutters just where we wanted.   We stopped by the showroom the day before our appointment. AJ took the time to explain all of our options and pros and cons of each. When he heard my grandson (homeowner) was a first responder he offered a coupon without being prompted. He came out the next day to measure and answered all of our questions and also made recommendations. The man knows his business. Installation went well and the shutters look fantastic. If you are looking for an honest and reputable company to do business with, I would highly recommend them
