  I interviewed several local companies and was most impressed with AJ's approach. He offered insights and made suggestions that the others did not. I choose the Polywood Shutters as they were the best warranty and made in the U.S. Jonathan did a great job on the install which was right on schedule. Overall an enjoyable experience and a quality product.

  From AJ, the owner to Faye, the regional rep to Johnathan who handles the installs and repairs, their attention to detail, immediate response, immediate resolution! We cannot recommend The Shutter Company enough! We ordered shutters for the front of our house and have probably had them in for at least three years. They function perfectly, they are sturdy and beautiful. We also have a couple of slider door, automatic shades that function amazingly. We had an issue a year ago, and it was handled promptly. Working with everyone at the Shutter Company is like stepping back in time to where customer service is a priority and that every customer is treated with respect and value. Thank you Shutter Company for your standout service, product and care!

  My wife and I both agree that the installation of our shutters was the most efficient, cleanest, and methodical installation we have ever experienced. We have had shutters installed on 2 previous houses and this experience was awesome. We were very happy with the quote we received as we had other experiences in the past to compare with. For anyone looking for shutters, the Shutter Company is a “no brainer”.

  I had an excellent experience from beginning to end and would absolutely recommend Shutter Company to anyone looking for quality window treatments and outstanding customer service. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Jonathan was wonderful during the initial process, measurements, and installation, AJ was great to work with, and the installation team was just as professional and pleasant. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name that initially installed the window treatment on the front windows. Be The entire process was smooth and easy. I have quite a few windows, so I wasn’t able to purchase all of my shutters at once. They were very accommodating and allowed me to complete everything in stages without ever making the process feel difficult or inconvenient. I was also having renovations done in my home, and they were kind enough to hold my shutters until the work was completed. Once I was ready, they came out promptly and got everything installed. I’m extremely happy with how my shutters turned out. The quality, installation, communication, and customer service were all excellent. It’s not often that you come across a company where every person you interact with provides such a positive experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would feel completely confident referring my family or friends to them. I have no doubt they would receive the same level of excellent service that I did. Five stars without hesitation!
