  I had the roof replaced on my rental house and garage by Pyramid Roofing. Shane, the Pyramid salesman, took pictures and made a video of the attic that clearly showed me the problems that were causing leaks. He explained the financing and installation process and kept me informed during throughout. Thank you, Pyramid and Shane! A.B.Blount, A happy customer

  Brent Ries was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain his process to determine the cause of the leak in our third floor bedroom. After his inspection, he sat down with me and provided the drone video and multiple pictures of the issue. He explained the solution and how it would deter any future issues. We highly recommend Pyramid Roofing.

  We were looking for an honest opinion on roof repairs or roof replacement. We have quite a few leaks in our family room ceiling. Our roof (architectural shingles) is 22 years old. Brent arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After inspecting the attic and walking around the roof, Brent spent a lot of time showing us the pictures he took and explaining the problem areas. We probably could have gotten away with some repair work around the chimney, but didn't want the roof to look like patchwork. We opted to have the roof replaced, which would also give us newer technology for releasing the hot air from our attic. We feel we were treated fairly and honestly and made the best decision for our situation. Brent was awesome and we appreciate the amount of time he took with us.

  David was awesome!! I was pleased with his level of patience, knowledge, professionalism and ability to explain his findings after the inspection. I initially called for what I presumed to be a repair and was ultimately told I’d more than likely need a new roof. Although I’ve yet to make a decision on how I’ll proceed, I’m thankful for David’s time and thoroughness.

  Kaillin Roussin - Lally roof inspector from Pyramid Roofing was excellent and extremely helpful in helping us to understand what was.happening with our roof. He took the time to go over everything inch of the roof. He was not there to just sell, he wanted us to feel knowledgeable and comfortable with the decision that we were about to make. He went above and beyond the call of duty as he helped us with an entirely different task and we are very appreciative of that and him. He was kind, personable and well mannered. This is the kind of service, the kind of person you’d want representing a company. Thank you
