  I called Pyramid Roofing after unsuccessfully talking to other roofing company to schedule a technician to take a look at my bedroom roof water leak from heavy rain. I talked to a lady and she was very responsive, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She sent out a technician to look at my problem at home right away. Skylor Gomez came to the house to look at the problem and he climbed the roof right away with a ladder .He took pictures and explained to me what is the main problems with the roof. He came up with a plan and helped me get approved for a payment plan for me to be able to get my roof approved.I’m so happy I called Pyramid Roofing they are very professional, highly knowledgeable, skillful, and they get right to work right away without wasting anyones time.

  David Jenny was totally professional, fully knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I strongly recommend David to anyone buying a roof. He is the reason we prefer Pyramid over other roofing companies.

  Could not ask for better service. Drew was thorough with his inspection of our roof. He was professional in his presentation of our options. He went above and beyond to provide the best possible service. We decided to go with Pyramid even though their price was higher as Drew gave us faith that the job would go well

  I believe he went by Cameron in any case it went very well. He performed a comprehensive inspection and took time to go over potential options. After which He was kind, not aggressive. He took the time to reiterate why I should choose your company, even though I have been visited before. I can tell you his attention to detail was much greater than the previous inspection I had. I have a lot of decision’s to make. He Was sympathetic to my Financial position and the condition of my roof and other projects that need to be done around my home. He acted like somebody who owned the company not worked for the company if that helps. I will contact you soon as I can on my decision either way.

  Hello, Wanted to write and say, I’m glad we chose Pyramid Roofing to replace our roof, fascia, and gutters. The inspection with David Jenny was very detailed oriented, he inspected the attic took detailed pictures, went over the materials, was patient with and courteous. David also took time in the evening to help us out as well. Will Bowman was great, he was on-site during the roof replacement and answered any questions, took pictures, was courteous, and went over the site after for nails and to clean anything up that may have been left behind. His team was great too, you can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. Josue was nice as well, did a great job with the fascia, gutters and filters. He was great to talk to and answered any questions. You couldn’t tell he had been there after the work was completed. I had good phone calls with Nick White and Holly Adams. Nick helped figure out what was needed and was great to talk to, answering and questions or concerns. Holly was great, very personable, answered any questions and helped organize the project. The house roof, small over hang roof, shed roof, gutters, fascia, materials, etc were all all done well. I can honestly say, I don’t have any worries after Pyramid’s job was competed. I wanted to thank everyone! Geoff Hamilton
