I can’t say enough good things about Tyree! He was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were dealing with a plumbing issue that I was afraid was going to cost a fortune, but Tyree took the time to explain things and really put my mind at ease. That alone meant so much! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use his services because our home warranty covered the repair and required us to use their own contractors. Even though he didn’t end up doing the work, I still felt he deserved a great review. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely kind, honest, and willing to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Tyree again or recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

Friendly fast service. Appreciate that Brennan, the plumber they sent to inspect our shower leak was so thorough and explained each thing he was doing. Up front about all findings and wrote his report recommendations swiftly. I called on a mid Friday to get a plumber out and was pleasantly surprised that they function on 7 days a week, no extra charge for weekends. They got me booked the very next day. The person whom did the booking was very friendly and professional. Very well run and would not hesitate to call them again. The charge for the inspection was very reasonable at $69.00. Thank you.

I had Joan with Michael's & son services come to check our HVAC unit in preparation for winter. Everything he was going to do was explained before he did. He was knowledgeable, showed us pictures and suggested next steps. He lay out what was needed and when the job was done he took pictures and showed us the before and after. We are very pleased with their services, and they'll be our HVAC maintenance experts for our home. Thank you Joan!

LeKeith and Ben were onsite last week to install mini splits in my 100-year-old home. They were professional from start to finish. Communicative and clearly experts in their field. The units look great and they were on time and worked thoroughly until the job was done - and done well! I would also like to thank Bradley and Rondal for working with me on the contract and install plan ahead of the installation part of the project! Super positive experience. Thank you all so much!

Both of the employees that came to my house listened to what I wanted done(generator installed,up graded panel, and a list of installing light fixtures, can lights and changing several light fixtures. I was given 3 options. I wasn't pressured to commit today. I am moving to Richmond today and need to be better organized before I can commit. Neither employee charged their attitude after learning this. They explained in detail how everything was to be done. I really appreciated the fact they gave me details on the scope of the work
