  Had technician Zack Gardner come out. James River, what a worker you have on your hands! If I could give a 100 star review I would on this employee you have! VERY knowledgeable in EVERY field! He listens to owner of house and answers every question you have! He makes sure the job is done right and correct! Thank you for all your hard work Zack and working during these hot days! Your work doesn’t go in notice! James River, this employee deserves high recognition for the work that he does! Please pass this onto him please!

  Mark Did a great job and was very professional and friendly. I am leaving my 1 star because I had yo find out the hardware James river doesnt have all the parts they may need to fix your unit. A.question I am sure their salesman would reassure me I have nothing to worry about . I feel they sell some many different units it tuff to have all the parts. Might be better to stick with fewer units and be able to service your customers 100% when the units inevitably break down Wish James River could have offered this warranty customer a couple window units to help me get through but non were offered. Maybe james river could invest in some and rent them to people when needed? Would be an extra service if it was free though

  Today I woke up to a warm house. One call to James River Air and a technician arrived same day. Great communication regarding arrival time and even a photo of my tech so I knew who to look for (nice touch). Jay (our technician) was stellar. All smiles even with temps reaching 101 in the attic! He clearly explained my issue and fixed the issue quickly to get us some relief. Being his last stop of the day after a long shift in 90+ degree weather, I was especially impressed that he had a great demeanor throughout and was willing to put in the extra work to get things done. Class act all around!

  Jordan Hall came out for a residential electrical call and did such a fantastic job. We’d been smelling burnt plastic in our kitchen and he found the problem easily within one of our outlet receptacles and fixed it! He was so nice and efficient. He did an excellent job, seriously. He even helped get our electrical box better protected when he noticed the front piece wasn’t on all the way and the screws were rusting inside. Would hire him again, 10/10. Thanks!

  This was my first experience with James River Air and it was excellent! Justin really took the time I needed to explain options and systems. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home and of me. Justin had a trainee with him and, as an educator, I loved observing how thoughtful he was with him. He asked him questions to ensure he understood what he was saying and doing, and was really patient. Both gentlemen were absolutely delightful and trustworthy. I will definitely continue to use James River Air in the future and recommend them highly.
