We had our 20 foot high foyer painted, some dry wall work done, hallway ceilings painted, a bathroom painted, and some random sealing done on the outside of home b/c bees were getting into our attic. It was great communication from the beginning all the way to the end. I would totally use Jacob's Ladder again for home repairs.

Below are just some of the many reasons we are so glad we went with JL for our home project. 1) Johnnie came to our house multiple times as I decided on scope of project and adjusted his estimate each time and didn’t at all seem bothered by the inconvenience but rather happy to help us figure out what we needed 2) Johnnie checked in daily via text with progress reports and next steps. I honestly think I saw him each day of the project too but even if I didn’t I never felt like things weren’t managed. Johnnie problem solved a paint matching issue we came across as we were trying to match colors already on our walls as well. 3) The entire crew was so polite and kind to our children and hardworking. The job site was cleaned up extremely well and actually our exterior areas looked even better after the conclusion of the work than at the start because Johnnie and his team even cleaned up pollen mess for us. 4) final walkthrough Johnnie addressed any questions and follow up we had and actually even went above and beyond and pointed out areas he thought could be better that we hadn’t identified ourselves. His standards are high and the quality of the work is obvious when you’re done. We had all the wood trim and soffit and siding on our dormers replaced and painted as well as interior paint. We would use this company again and recommend to others.
