  Highly recommend Jacob’s Ladder! Johnnie was our project manager and did a phenomenal job! They are able to accommodate my schedule needs for my fearful dog. Crew was punctual, dependable and did an amazing job! They found additional hidden things that required repair and handled appropriately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a company who handles it all!

  We used Jacob's Ladder to repair our cedar siding and to paint the exterior of our house. We are beyond happy with the results. Johnnie was our Project Manager and he was reliable, detail-oriented, communicative and a pleasure to work with. He explained all of our choices throughout the process and we always knew where the project stood and what was going to happen next. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at each step and couldn't have been more friendly, accommodating and kind. Our house now looks brand new and so pretty. My new favorite hobby is standing in the yard and admiring it! The cost was very reasonable and I'd recommend Jacob's Ladder in a heartbeat!

  Great experience getting my deck reinforced, boards replaced and stained overall. A neighbor recommended Jacob’s Ladder and I definitely plan to use them again. Johnnie and team were awesome. He communicated all through the project, keeping me updated and finding solutions when needed. He exceeded expectations and the deck ended up exactly like we wanted.

  My home project consisted of replacing siding on One side of my garage and painting the entire garage. I had gotten a couple of quotes from Other companies, both of which were considerably higher. I had used Jacob‘s ladder back several years ago, so decided to reach out to them once again why I didn’t reach out to them from the beginning I’m not sure. Johnny Mastrianni was the project manager for my job. Johnny came out, walked measured, looked at the work to be done and was very prompt with the quote the same day. I was amazed at the price I was quoted. It was considerably less than anyone else had quoted. Johnny was prompt to get my job on the books and was readily available with any questions or concerns I may have had. He was very informative and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. To say he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the experience perfect would be an understatement. Even after the job was complete and I was very happy with the work that was done he came by to walk with me to make sure I was happy. He also corrected a couple details that HE felt needed attention. I plan to use Jacob’s Ladder to paint my house because of the wonderful job they did on my garage and look forward to working with Johnny again.   I’ve had Jacob’s Ladder replace siding, put in new windows, new 5” gutters, flashing and return air grills. Johnnie’s done an excellent job on all of the projects. He has good problem solving skills and knowledge of how to do things properly.
