  Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend Five Stars Renovation highly enough. From the very first contact after a devastating water damage incident, Gani and his team were absolutely fantastic. They handled the entire process seamlessly, from the initial water remediation all the way through to the final rebuild. Navigating insurance after a disaster is incredibly stressful, but Gani and team stepped in and assisted with the insurance process every step of the way. They took the burden off my shoulders and ensured everything was covered properly. What started as a terrible situation truly turned into a positive experience thanks to their professionalism, craftsmanship, and care.   Five Stars Restoration did an outstanding job repairing drywall and siding at my home. Raul arrived 15 minutes early, clearly explained the repair process and timeline, and delivered truly meticulous workmanship. He repaired the damage, sanded, and painted with precision, then returned after the paint cured to make sure everything looked perfect. He cleaned thoroughly and confirmed I was fully satisfied. The quality of work was next‑level, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

  I would not recommend this company. Over 1700 sqft of hardwood floors in our home began developing significant gaps less than a year after installation by Five Stars Restoration . I paid for a certified inspection and the independent certified flooring inspector concluded that the flooring exhibited abnormal gapping and identified installation related deficiencies, including improper nail spacing and acclimation of the hardwood. Despite providing a written warranty, the company has failed to properly address the issue or honor its warranty commitment. Very disappointing experience. It is sad a company would treat their customers like this.

  We had great experience with this company. The end to end process was very fast and timely with great quality. One example was when we requested them to urgently rebuild our second floor because we were getting washer delivery on a date. Gani the owner obliged and swiftly deployed his men and rebuild second floor within the washer delivery time. Second example was their painter guy obliged and painted the entire first floor ceiling instead of just patching the water spots.
