  Fantastic experience. From the nice woman who answered the phone when I called to the 2 young men who came (within an hour or so - as they were close by finishing another project). Service was exceptional. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem after offering a couple of options. While they were cleaning up, the discovered what was about to be another problem and fixed that too! (At no charge). They tuned up the door and it runs better and quieter than it has in a while. Thank you!!! PS the treat for my dog was an added bonus! 😉

  Scheduling with A1 was easy. Adam called to give me an ETA when he was on the way. I received a text from the company as well letting me know he'd arrive shortly and sharing his photo and profile. Adam came out to inspect and repair our garage door. He was honest about what does and doesn't need to be done and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. He shared all the options and looked up extra things when I asked. Adam had all parts ready to go and after installation he walked me though how to use everything and helped me set up the keypad and light settings the way we want them. I highly recommend contacting A1 Door for all your garage door needs.

  Mike Gonzales was very professional and explained my issues in detail. Opted for a new door opener and the installation is perfect. Mike also helped me with some other problems. THANKS

  Technician told me my garage door opener was shot, but in reality, it just needed a $15 coupler. Funny enough, I knew it was a quick simple fix. I wanted a new system, but the dishonesty and sales tactics turned me off, so I spent money with a competitor who sent an honest technician that quickly told me a new system wasn’t necessary, and offered to either repair it or install the new system. Honesty goes a long way in business!
