  Josh did an outstanding job repairing my garage door and inspection. He was very professional, kind, courteous, knowledgable, and compassionate. He takes his job very seriously and is an outstanding teacher who taught me things about garage doors that I never knew. I knew when I first met him that I was going to have a great experience, and he even exceeded my expectations. A1 is a great company to do business with and is customer focused! From the minute I called them, I knew great things were going to happen, and it did. If you are looking for a great company to service your garage door, I highly recommend you call A1 Garage Door Company, and ask for Josh.

  Adam arrived right on time. Went through my options with me and started right to work. Had to replace garage door opener. Went with belt drive which is much quieter than my old chain driven opener. He also greased my door hinges which removed the other annoying noises. Adam was very professional.

  Our garage door got caught in a net and the cable broke. I called A1 Door and they were able to get a tech out the next day. Tim White called when he was on his way. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After repairing the door he also did a thorough inspection and quoted me on service that I would need eventually. He also provided info on their membership plan. I will definitely be reaching out when we need more garage door repairs or service.

  Good afternoon, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for one of your employees, Mike Needham. Yesterday, my husband and I had a new garage door and opener installed, and Mike did a fantastic job. We couldn't have been more pleased with the installation or his professionalism. After he left, however, we had trouble connecting the opener to our Wi-Fi. We tried everything we could think of, but eventually the entire system stopped working. The garage door wouldn't open, the light wouldn't come on, and the keypad and all the controls stopped functioning. I called your office to explain what had happened, and Mike came back that same afternoon. As soon as we explained the situation, he immediately got to work troubleshooting the problem. When our phones still wouldn't sync with the opener, he remained calm, patient, and pleasant. He even contacted MyQ technical support and stayed until the app was working properly. I know that after a long day of working—especially in the summer heat—the last thing anyone wants to do is spend extra time troubleshooting technology and setting up apps. Mike handled everything with such grace and professionalism. He was incredibly patient and kind with both my husband and me, and we truly appreciated his willingness to stay until everything was working correctly. I thanked him again before he left because I know he spent well over an hour helping us, time he could never get back. That level of dedication and customer service is rare. I realize that people don't often take the time to write employers about outstanding employees, but I wanted to make sure you knew just how much Mike's help meant to us. You are fortunate to have an employee who represents your company so well. This is the second time we have chosen your company for a project, and once again we have been extremely impressed. While we don't have any additional projects planned, I will gladly recommend your company to friends and family because of the top-notch products, exceptional service, and employees like Mike. I hope you will share this letter with your management team and recognize Mike for the exceptional service he provided. Employees like him are a tremendous asset to your company and deserve to be acknowledged for the professionalism, patience, and dedication they show to your customers.
